Peak Design Sling

[Silver] I have a number of OP/TECH products and a Black Rapid Sling Strap and a Peak Design sling strap. There are things I like about them all but OP/TECH is the most affordable and the straps are very comfortable. I intend to buy a lighter OP/TECH for my binoculars.

[1.63 lb] I've had most of the products from Peak Design. This is an interesting update to their previous evgeryday sling with a more streamlined approach. The bag opens much more easily for quick access while holding it like a satchel compared to version1 (which was one of my critiques of that version...I was always afraid an errant swing would send my gear flying out of the bag). The strap is by far the biggest upgrade in terms of comfort, as well as the fact that it can be stored to allow it to be carried by the handle. I like that Peak seems to be listening to its customers and I look forward to future iterations of improvement on greatness.

[Tech Panels] I am a huge fan of peak design being a owner of the peak design everyday 30L backpack and recently the quick release system. I purchased this sling bag for the purpose of putting my drone kit into it and then if needed putting it in the top of my everyday backpack. Also it’s second purpose would be to carry around my point and shoot kit in situations where a smaller bag is needed. Now that we got that out of the way here are the things I do like and don’t like about the bag. Pros: Peak design quality noticeably light and comfortable Designed to fit small drone and camera setups Transforms from sling to fanny pack instantly Smart features (tuck away straps, iPad sleeve, secret phone pocket & nicely placed pockets) Quick release system accessible Zipper security locking And here are my biggest gripes about using this bag Cons: - Use of plastic rings to tighten and loosen straps - Top is a little resistant to stay open - Front pocket should be a little bigger and flexible

[10.9 x 9 x 4.4"] This is my third Peak Design bag. After purchasing the Everyday Backpack (v1) when it launched and already owning the 5L v1 Sling, I decided to purchase the 3L v2 sling for my mirrorless camera. The 3L is perfect for my Fujifilm X100V and a few other accessories like my wallet, cell phone, keys, extra batteries and memory cards. One of my favorite things about Peak Design is their attention to functionality. There is no wasted space in this Sling - there are plenty of pockets and compartments for anything you'd need on a daily walkabout. I recently took this with me on a 5 mile hike and was able to fit everything I needed into it. This is a great bag, I love it!

[Universal] I'm a Peak Design fan from their first Kickstarter. I loved my 5L Sling and now that I have a Canon M6MII this thing is perfect. The extra height over the 5L allows me to carry a flash straight up and down so there's room for the mirrorless camera, as well. It's also great for carrying said flash and another lens or two if I'm wearing whatever camera I'm working with on a given day.

[Tan/Beige] I own five peak design products. I love this company. I accidentally melted the front of my everyday zip backpack and to replace it I impulsively ordered this tote. I needed something that could fit my drone+accessories and my action camera and accessories in a sling bag format. The 10L sling is slightly too small and the messenger bag is too unfit imho. Got the tote in the mail and it’s such a cool design. I love that all the closures are also magnetic. The bag organizes amazingly and has a ton of room. I’ll attach the field pouch to the front of the bag with the carry straps to give myself a couple extra liters depending on what I need to bring with me. It’s comfortable, spacious, and better than anything I wouldn’t dreamed up

[Gray] This is my second peak design sling. Top quality and well thought out. This 10L bag carries my Nikon Z7ii with 24-70 attached, and my 70-300 tamron and nikon 26mm pancake nicely. It does what I need it to do, I recommend it.

[0.17 lb] Peak Design out did themselves this time. I love this thing.

[0.09 lb] the design that allows for sling carry is great very easy to adjust.

[Arca-Type] Works just fine on my Peak Design Travel Tripod.
