Peak Design Tripod

[Arca-Type] Works just fine on my Peak Design Travel Tripod.

[Black] works with my tripod and monnopod as well as the peak design carrying clip

[7.5 lb] Not the lightest or smallest, i also have the peak design travel tripod, this gitzo is big but actually surprisingly light for its size.... also got the center column....pretty much the perfect tripod

[0.17 lb] Peak Design out did themselves this time. I love this thing.

[0.875 lb] I have not seen anything like this tripod before or after it was invented by genius team of engineers from Peak Design. Have you? This is hands down the most useful and used item from all of my gear. It is so small and weightless, so I practically take it anywhere I go, and you never know when you may need it.

[0.7 lb] This is solid. I'm using it to mount a flat-base fluid head to a Peak Design Travel Tripod. Nice damping on ball level adjustment.

[Carbon Fiber] I bought this to use with a Peak Design tripod with the Universal Head adapter, since I wanted to do pans, and the stock PD head doesn't have a panning capability. Panning axis has just the right amount of resistance, and the large knob locks the ball securely for my DSLR with a 200mm. I didn't miss/don't see the need for a separate friction control on a ball this size. Great compact travel head.

For awhile I’ve had my sights set on the Peak Design carbon fiber travel tripod and just couldn’t bring myself to spending $600 on it. I saw that SmallRig had recently released this AP-100 tripod and realized this is exactly what I needed. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

[Arca-Type] I love my L bracket. My only complaint is that it doesn't work well with the peak design travel tripod in the portrait position. A pin has to be removed to attach. The open space in the middle of the bar is in the center so camera isn't centered on tripod.

[Yes] I see this as a competitor to Peak Design’s travel tripod. Its triangular legs make it very thin footprint when collapsed. It does lack a leveler or gimbal at top, but other than that it’s quite competitive. Even taller than Peak’s.
