[13 lb] I like the look of this paper edge weight over the others I have seen that are just a pipe with a slip-over plastic grip.� This provides an effective and attractive edge to the background edge.� I'm using mine on a paper roll and it fits perfectly.� It was a little tricky to get on by myself, but that said, I did it in about 1 minute while standing on a chair and leaving the paper on my stand -- guess it wasn't that hard.� It does come with a roll of white paper.� That's nice and all, but I would prefer to save money and just get the leader bar, especially since I am getting more than one.

[Plastic] The soft plastic won't scratch sheet film negatives or paper emulsions. The recessed grooves in the bottom allow you grasp the sheets with tongs or gloved fingers easily when they settle. be sure to purchase one size bigger than the sheets or paper you are developing.

[14 x 18"] This product was really great and easy to use! Instead of all the other portfolios I've used in the past which had that plastic paper inside, this was by far the best way to go. Teachers and professionals look at how well you present and care about your work and this was recommended by my teacher in college. All you do is put your images in the portfolio box and its a done deal really. The only disadvantage is when other people, like classmates, want to see your work they want to touch your prints and get their fingerprints all over it, so I often show my pictures to other to avoid that problem! Its a really great product though and I recommend it.

[3.24 lb] The metal chains work so much better than the plastic ones especially on 12ft wide rolls of paper with the added weight.

[2.6 lb] I decided to try this when the savage 107 bars became to expensive to ship. I had no problem installing it on 107 paper. I did use a 10' piece of PVC laid across the paper to keep it flat and stop it from curling, which is key to success. You could also use the long box your paper roll came it to keep your paper flat. It took me a try or two to get the ends tight, but I had no problem taking the plastic off and getting it just right. I kind of rolled it inward when snapping the plastic on and that seemed to make it taught all the way across.

[112%] Great Canon photo paper. Great packing for shipping by B & H. They pack it in plastic pillows in a deep box with protective corners and it arrived in 2 days. No blunted corners that is the experience from some fast shippers.
