[9 Sec] The polaroid is so pretty I can't help but keep flashing it in front of everyone so they'd get jealous but the photos I took won't impress me at all. None of the photos I took has. 5 |

2/3 of a stop is a good value for my needs. the full stop was too much and 1/3 not enough at all. 5 |

[Rectangle] I own or have owned every light known to man. (ok, slight exaggeration). I currently have the Gemini Soft, Gemini Hard. and Kino Freestyle LEDs of a variety of sizes. Never mind Apurtures and Nanlites plus a few of them lightweight flexible led panels. But when I need a fast and simple setup, I always got back to these Astra Softs. And when I look at the image, I wonder why I went and bought all those other expensive fixtures. Just today I shot a multicamera interview for ABC's new show Impact with the U.S Attorney investigating the Matthew Perry case and because going thru security was so complicated and time was of essence, I chose to bring these lights instead. I loved the picture to much I wondered to myself why I keep buying these way more expensive fancy lights. And the beauty of these is that I can fly them with a micro 150 battery and because I rarely have to turn them up all the way, they will last the length of some of these long interviews no problem. I did notice on this thread some folks complaining about these lights failing them, and have heard similar complaints from other Astras too. I have never had any issues with these or my other Astras, but that's likely because I read the instructions that clearly state you should dim the lights all the way down before you turn them on, wait until the flashing green light stops flashing, and then dim up at your heart's desire. And always before I turn them off, I dim them down all the way, as not to forget. That might be the secret. I see people using them wrong all over the place. 5 |

[1 ms] Works as advertised! Portable, flashing lights with a high squeal! Just pull out the pin if one has to do small piece of mind! Better to have it than not! Safety with it! 5 |

[106mm] So what makes buying this camera worth it over finding an old polaroid camera at the thrift shop? Well the coolest feature in my opinion is the rechargeable battery in the camera. Usually with instant film you are only left with the battery that's in the film pack but with this camera you can use either the i-type film (no battery pack, relies on camera's rechargeable battery) or you can use the polaroid 600 film (the same film but with battery pack in with the film cartridge). Why is this a cool feature? Well you can now stock up on Polaroid film for yourself or a a gift and not have to worry about the battery in the film pack dying rendering the film useless. You have the ability to recharge the camera and keep shooting! And if the battery inside the Polaroid Originals One Step 2 ever does die or lose performance you can just switch to using the Polaroid 600 film with the battery pack in the film cartridge. This camera is totally worth buying! And I forgot to mention the Polaroid Originals film is pretty good and is only getting better! 5 |

[1000D Cordura] Great size, love the built in light (it has flashing mode for some reason, just if you need to give someone a seizure on a film set?) I have always wanted this Porta Brace bag but kept talking myself out of it. I finally pulled the trigger on buying one and I'm glad I did. Sometimes I have a small lens in it if i am shooting an event with a smaller camera, but on a full set I kit it out with all the tools I'll need. for camera department. If you are on the fence about it, do it. 5 |
