Pop Voice Professional Lavalier Lapel Microphone

[Omnidirectional] Except for the awful pop screen which is waaay too easy to lose,this is an exceptional microphone for the price.I highly recommend seeking out other pop screens for this double ended lavalier microphone - which u will need 2 of...Otherwise,I have no complaints.Sound quality compares to that of much higher priced Rode lavalier microphones,which also stop working properly a little after 6 months..I haven't had that much time to test the Sony mic,but it will get plenty of testing.I do outdoor wildlife recordings in all kinds of weather conditions and this mic works very well,though it does require other pop screens..

[1 to 10 V] The LC-1 Lapel Clip, available from B&H, is the original that comes with the Azden lapel microphone, but is not avaible from Azden. The clips are designed well but may still be subject to breakage if talent tries to snap the microphone on or off the clip rather than sliding it.

[80 Hz ] This is 5 star professional, extremely sensitive microphone, it will show you every detail of your voice ,with no missing , ether you singing quiet or strong , I switch to -10 decibels to be more comfortable with it . Excellent performance on lower and high tones just unbelievable sound. I'm very happy with this mic ! I'm still adjusting to this microphone , I have other mic from same company they are all great , but this one is the king !

[Plug-In Power] Guys, seriously, go with this microphone. It gives great semi-professional sound, and it's a great price! What I did is I bought a Sony voice recorder and I use this mic plugged into the mic jack of the voice recorder to sync up to my video interviews later...I get great results! I also use a Rode mic ontop of my DSLR for more depth to my interview sound and as backup sound, but I do love this little mic! Highly recommend!

[Empty] This case is being used to house 2 sennheiser lavalier transmitters, there assoicated lapel microphones elements and 4 AA batteries. I was easily able to remove the cube foam pieces that I needed to allow the above noted items. They fit snuggly and will last MUCH longer being safe and secure in this case than the microphone bag they were previously stored in. My employees also think it is pretty niffty.

We use it weekly. They don't pop or pick up wind noise like a lapel mic.
