[Nickel] I used this to connect a portable DVD player to our television. For some reason, an ordinary 3-connector, male-to-male RCA cable did not work. However, when I used this red/white audio-only cable alongside a separate yellow video-only cable, everything worked just fine. 5 |

[Windows ] I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |
