[0.175 lb] Used this product with the iPhone. It splits the analogue audio I/O from a mobile phone so that I can isolate the talk and listen channels. This allows perfectly separated audio for recording or amplification. We use it for a remote producer who needs to listen in to a voice session and direct the talent. Control room, booth, phone - perfect three way communication. Also great for recording a call in guest for podcasts. I use a DI to take my mixer output from LINE to MIC level and into this cable. Very, very practical for the price.

[Yes] I'm pairing this with a Mac and an iPhone for both general listening and for phone calls (mobile and VOIP). Great battery life, decent sound quality are the positives. Inability to switch the microphone to the left side is a negative. Overall quality of phone conversations are good and pairing is reliable.
