[27"] I was using an Asus PG27UQ to edit videos off of and whenever I would watch them on a different screen they would be too bright and the colors would be off. This monitor has a few different modes that are good for photo and video editing. Haloing is not as bad as the PG27UQ but still is there. The HDR is great, on the 27 Inch, its peak brightness is only 1000 nits compared to the 1200 nits on the 32 inch. TBH I didn't see the value and spending an extra $1500 on the 5 inches bigger screen since I already run a multi-monitor set up with other 27 in displays. Overall I like it so far but it's only been a few weeks. 5 |

[99% sRGB] If you wanna experience true HDR this is the monitor to get. Peak brightness is around 1500 nits. It's the brightest most colorful display I've ever used. You do get the full inky blacks of an OLED but since this is an IPS with only 384 dimming zones you do get a noticeable bloom around bright white text on a black background. For gameplay/movies it isn't noticeable to me. I exclusively run all games/movies using RTX HDR now to make full use of the HDR on this monitor. SDR brightness is limited to ~600 nits so you'll want to force apps to run in HDR if possible. Still a bright SDR display with most monitors being 200-300 nits in SDR but if you can run HDR or use RTX HDR I'd use that to get the full use of the brightness of this monitor. 5 |

[100 x 100 mm] This is an outstanding monitor for HDR photography and video. It offers excellent 1600 nits peak brightness (I'm getting 1800 nits in my testing), great local dimming (actually shows less haloing than the Pro Display XDR in deep shadow detail), and an integrated colorimeter with automated calibration. The hardware calibration ASUS offers on ProArt monitors like this is a huge advantage, as standard ICC profiles don't currently support HDR. This display works great on both PC and MacOS. It is most comparable to the Pro Display XDR (if you have MacOS to use it). It holds up very well against that monitor at half the price, with each having some advantages over the other. The ASUS has less blooming in deep shadow and pass-through charging / USB. The Pro Display XDR excels with reference modes, control of SDR brightness in HDR mode (due to limitations of MacOS 14 with any 3rd-party HDR monitor), and even better display uniformity. I can confirm that the speakers here are nothing to get excited about, but I always prefer separate speakers (and the Pro Display XDR doesn't have any speakers). 5 |

[VA LCD] I own an OLED tv and this monitor is just as good. It's brighter than my OLED with outstanding contrast. It gets well over 1000 nits in HDR. 600 nits in SDR. OLED will beat it in viewing angles. I have it in an arcade machine I built. I really wanted an Oled but could not fork out 700 plus. This was 250 bucks and you will not find a better monitor. I upgradeded an older VA panel monitor to this. Man am I blown away. 5 |

[Device: 3 W] At 2200 nits, this monitor provides plenty of brightness that is needed when filming in broad daylight. With a simple slide of the finger on the left half of the monitor, you can adjust the brightness as needed, so you have control over the power being used by the monitor while filming. I highly recommend this monitor. 5 |
