[3' / 0.9 m] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PE76 is full of thoughtful touches. The wall plug is flat, so that it won't block furniture being pushed up against the wall. Plus, the cord comes out from the plug at an angle, so that it doesn't block the other wall outlet. The power cord on my unit is 6' long. There are similar models that have longer or shorter cords, depending on what you need. Openings on the back of the unit that allow for vertical wall mounting. The unit has the typical 6 outlets found on many power strips, plus an extra one that's spaced to handle a large power adapter. I was able to plug in 1 large and 1 medium power adapter without blocking any of the other outlets. Of course, all of the outlets are protected against power surges. A power switch on the unit controls power to all the outlets. A light indicates, when the switch is on. A second light indicates that the ground connection of the wall outlet is wired properly. (A proper ground is required for the surge protection to work. There was one time I actually found incorrect building wiring with such a light.)
