[0.05 lb] I bought this because the Sabrent USB 3.2 Type-C Tool-Free Enclosure for M.2 PCIe NVMe and SATA SSDs does not come with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and not all of my PCs have USB-C connectors. [512 GB] I have a couple Intel M.2 SSDs and they are much faster than I expected for the price. I use them mainly as portable backups for photos and video, but they would work well enough to be used as internal storage. You could use it for a boot drive, but with modern computers, it's better to get an even faster model. This was easy to set up on Windows 11, and formatted quickly. I've had no problems with laptops and tablet recognizing and accessing the drive. 5 |
