Portable Video Monitor Recorder

[Latch] When the Zoom H4N first came out,it quickly established itself as the go to portable recorder for audio and video applications. The folks at Zoom took a first rate recorder and made it better. The color LED screen lets you know at a glance whether or not an individual channel is within acceptable levels or peaking. With the additional dual XLR attachment(which I've already ordered) you can input up to six microphones at once! And the sound output is what you've come to expect from the H series recorders. Nothing short of another home run for Zoom. It was worth the wait. Great job!

[40 x 15 x 4"] I use this primarily for sending video from a camera operator with a steadicam rig to a tomos monitor/recorder. I also have used for feeding HDMI from a laptop to a projector in crowded public meeting setting. Worked great. Not one glitch.

[SDI] I needed a larger, yet portable monitor for use with video switching and streaming. The Shinobi 7 has both HDMI and SDI inputs, and looping outputs, and fits my needs perfectly. In particular, I need a good multi-view monitor, without the size and weight of rack-mounted components. The Shinobi runs a very long time on NP-F batteries, or an AC power supply.

[6 x 2.5 x 0.5"] Using this as the base for a wireless video monitor station. A little heavy, but surprisingly stable. Portable size is not too large. Doesn't feel like it needs a sandbag for stability, but the layout allows for some extra peace of mind.

[Zipper] I bought this bag specifically for my Ninja V (5 Monitor/Recorder) and accessories. The bag fits everything I need it to and is just the right size. The bag feels well made and seems quite durable. I'm able to put my Ninja V monitor, 3 batteries, charger, monitor arm, and cables. Everything feels secured and protected. There is decent padding on the inside although I'd still avoid dropping the bag. I think if you have a 5 to 7 inch monitor this bag might work great for you. The price is also fair for a bag of this kind. This was my first CineBags purchase and they seem to be a quality brand. I will definitely consider their products in the future.
