Power Cord For Samsung Vga Monitor

[9 x 8 x 1.5"] I bought this to connect my aging Samsung monitor, which only has DVI and VGA inputs, to my new computer which only has DisplayPort and HDMI outputs. Since the monitor doesn't have a sound system in it, DisplayPort is the natural choice, and I use the HDMI of for my pen tablet. Cable works flawlessly with no problems in picture quality and has plenty of length to be able to stow the computer out of the way. It feels durable enough to last many years.

[1' / 0.3 m] Just needed a simple power cord for my monitor, but the first cheap one I bought somewhere else was too cheap. I needed something a bit longer so that I could use it with my standup desk. This did the trick and fits the standard power outlets in my monitor. Cable is sturdy but flexible enough.

[1.18 lb] I am using this monitor on a Sony PDM 320 and it replaced a monitor with much less resolution. HD focusing is much easier now. Also the ability to use my Sony batteries when shooting where there is no AC to plug into is very helpful. Only thing I did not like was the short power cord that was included. You will need to get a 4 pin XLR power cord if you use it with a 110 volt power supply. One other thing there was an HDMI cord that was missing in the box. B&H promptly sent me another one. B&H has always been a reliable source for all my video production needs.

[IPS-Type LCD] If you need a small portable monitor I highly recommend this one. Power and display signal all through one cord is useful and with adapters can fit any application.

[0.08 lb] This is exactly what you need if your monitor only has a VGA input and your video output is digital, DVI-D.

[Passive] Be sure you have a battery if you want to use it without a power cord. It doesn't come with either one.
