The tiny speaker was powered by a nine-volt battery inserted in the back of the instrument. Fantastic, I thought, why don't they make a suction-cup amp that sticks onto the face of the guitar? Its very simple to set up just add second pair of RCA connection wires plug them into your amp or receiver, plug in your turntable and you are ready to enjoy the magnificent world of vinyl.
