[Plastic] This was pretty easy to apply. For those unfamiliar (ha, I have always had Apple service peeps apply the protector screen to my iPhone cuz I didn't want dust or fingerprints on my screen). Follow the instructions with pre-cleaning the touch screen, use the painters type tape as instructed, align, press with the cloth provided. There are videos available as well.
