Projector Projection Screen

[245 W] I purchased this projector for my home golf simulator. Projection onto an impact screen, making my game feel and looking ok like I’m at an Xgolf or swing zone golfing simulator. I can practice all winter and prepare for the upcoming golf season when the weather breaks. Highly recommend this projector!

[Non-tensioned] Screen is being used in a 40 x 40 foot room with a 7.2 theater system. The projection screen is over the stage and is long enough to extend down and up out of the way when not in use. If the light were not in the way, I could have moved the screen even higher.

[f/1.85 to 2.35] This is a bright - lightweight and solid projector to work with. Using it for projection mapping and I really love it so far.

[1x Remote] I was amazed with the quality and graphics of my new Optoma W400LVE projector. I really also liked how you can adjust the brightness to help my projection light last much longer. This projector is much better color and picture quality than my last projector, and pretty close to the quality of my first projector, a JMGO which costed close to $1000. I am very pleased and excited with the use of my Optoma W400LVE.

[230 W] I've installed many projection systems and sound systems over the years. I used this projector to replace an older unit. Projector is about 18' from screen (10' wide) and is perfect. Plenty bright and great resolution. Sanctuary is lit by 5000k LED spots and recessed fixtures. Sanctuary seats about 350 people. HINT: If you need to change the setting from tabletop to ceiling (inverted)........ hold A/V button for about 5 seconds. Instructions didn't show this.

[Polar Star] I looked at a LOT of different projection screens before settling on this one. I've been very happy with it. The motor is fairly quiet and the image quality is great. My only regret is that I missed the text indicating the optimal distance for the projector. We have ours mounted about 12' away, which is technically too close for optimal image quality. This results in some visible ripples under certain very specific viewing conditions, but they are barely noticeable to most people and I've learned to ignore them. Still, if you want perfection, be certain you're using a projector that doesn't remotely qualify as short throw.

[DLP] I needed a projector for a very unique use case -- a hand-held projection system where size and weight are at a premium. I looked that the pico-projectors, but they're still very dim (30 lumens) and project relatively small pictures. The TX330 is a great balance between size, weight, and brightness. It's several orders of magnitude brighter than the picos without a commensurate increase in bulk. If you don't care about the form factor, it's a bit expensive for an XGA projector. Also, the optical zoom lever is mostly vestigial... don't expect much flexibility in terms of projection size.

[1x ARRI Rosette] I put together a front-projection system and needed an adjustable-angle mount for the projector. Two of these clamps are able to solidly support my 6-pound projector on 15mm rails with no trouble. They cost a little more than I wanted to spend but I'm so glad I got these. Well worth the price.

Best projector I have used. The way it enhances my lighting, I love it . Makes the light so much brighter compared to the other projection attachments I have. Gives you nice crispy or soft edges .
