[eARC] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing sound! The JBL Bar 500 soundbar is very well constructed. Just make sure to calibrate the soundbar to your room with the settings to get it dialed in. It has 5.1 surround with Dolby Atmos. Listening to movies can be heard very clearly with dialogue enhancement technology integrated on the soundbar. Amazingly, sounds can also be heard from different angles without any rear surround speakers.The soundbar does have front and side firing speakers, but I noticed no up-firing speakers. It does connect via hdmi E-Arc and has an additional hdmi input, ethernet, usb, and optical input. However, I wish there was an additional HDMI input on the soundbar. Overall, the 10-inch subwoofer, clarity, Dolby Atmos, and punchy base do make up for an immersive sound experience. This soundbar can definitely put out some power. A whopping 590 watts total can be heard when you raise the volume with no distortion. Plus, using the JBL app and listening to music is very impressive with clear highs and lows and a boomy base from the sub. With the JBL One app, you can customize your own personal settings and connect it via WIFI. I like that you can link your voice assistant device and ask to stream your music to the soundbar. The JBL bar 500 is an excellent soundbar with great sound and base that can fill a room when watching movies or listening to music in a convenient package.

[0.515 lb] I use this with a Manfrotto 500 Fluid Head. If you have this head as well, you might notice there is very little clearance between the bottom of your camera's lens and Manfrotto's base plate. Operating a zoom ring can become awkward with lenses that have a larger diameter. Besides opening up Arca Swiss options, the Kirk QR-AB1QR's adapter base will add height to give you a comfortable clearance between your lens and the Manfrotto base plate. The quality of the material is very solid. It is also very secure structurally. It is fastened to your base plate with 2 bolts so it will not tilt out of alignment once installed. The weight of itself contributes to the overall stability. It feels very secure. By adding this quick release system to your Manfrotto 500 fluid tripod head along with a camera bracket, you can easily mount and dismount your camera without having to reposition the Manfrotto long plate if you've set it at a specific position to balance your camera. It's a bit expensive. But I am highly satisfied with the product. It is well crafted with quality material. The quick release knob has a matte silver finish which nicely contrasts against black. A magnetic slot for your 5/32 hex key is aptly positioned under the quick release plate if you need to make adjustments to your setup. This quick release system adds versatility and it makes for a stable setup whether vertically or horizontally oriented.

[White] These surround speakers are fabulous. We have the Bose Base 500 and Soundbar and these are the perfect addition to those products. The sound is clear and precise. The great thing about these speakers is they complement any sound system or more importantly you can use by themselves. Another great aspect of these speakers is the design. They are small and really blend in with the room. It’s amazing how much sounds is packed into these little guys. The setup is so easy and quick. It took us 10 minutes to pair everything together and get them going. If you are in the market for a mind blowing set of surround sound speakers, then these are them.
