[Class D] I've always loved using these in radio, so when I had to build a microphone distribution amp, this was my first and only choice.

[0.87 lb] As a Ham Radio Operator .....I am always looking for different headset / microphone combo's that sound good and produce good audio reports. Because the newer transceivers have the ability to shape the audio (both receive & transmit) this SB45 combo works very well with my radio's. Thanks Bob W3BTX

[Cardioid] I am a D,J. on a Community Radio Station and I Just hate the Microphones the supply. Using the Soyuz Microphone Launcher with my RE-20 and SM7 makes the Broadcast Board sound like a Vintage High End Microphone Preamp in Consoles from the 70's or 80's by simply putting this unit inline. I get compliments almost every show I do, raving about how my voice sounds. I have been using a Cloudlifter CL-1 for years. The Soyuz gives my voice a very distinctive warm retro tone, that seems to impress my listeners.

[Mono] I use this microphone on my communication radio transceivers as a ham radio operator. It has excellent fidelity in the voice range, and I can only imagine it does the same for musical instruments. I have to say that Audio Technica got it right with this mic. It is rugged, good looking, in-expensive, and it sounds great. I get compliments from other radio operators that place it superior in performance to mics costing 3 to 4 times as much, and on a par with mics costing 5-6 times as much. Good job, Audio Technica!

[1x Micro-USB] The iRig Pre is what you should use to connect a pro Sennheiser microphone into your cell phone for a radio interview. Never use the built in microphone in a cell phone. If your cell phone only has the Lightning input, B & H sells an Apple Lightning To Headphone Adapter. ACN Radio Network

[6 x 1.45 x 1.4"] We paired this with Pyle Pro PDWR40B 5.25 Indoor-Outdoor Waterproof Speakers for a standalone ice cream shop. The amp is mounted inside and fed by a standard radio. Also have installed a simple microphone so that the owner can announce orders when they are ready. The microphone uses an XLR to 1/4 adapter and has an OFF/ON switch. Normally the radio station is fed to the speakers and when an order is ready, the owner slides the switch on the MIC to ON, and the radio audio decreases. This is a great feature for this amp and works great for the restaurant. I liked this so much that we bought a few more Pyle amps (Pro PCA3) for in-studio use. Rugged design. Straight-forward setup. Will buy again!

[5.3 x 3 x 0.4"] Had 2 ambient mics mounted high in a church. They were only being used for recording - and they were picking up an AM radio station with crystal clarity (770 AM - News Talk Radio 77 to be exact). Only the church didn't want the radio station in the recording ... I installed 1 at each microphone and the radio station went away. They worked like a charm. I tried installing them downstairs at the sound system console - they did not work. I tried installing 2 in series at the console - that didn't work either. You have to install them at the microphone location (usually up high where the radio station is being picked up) - but they work really well. I recommend them highly.

[0 to 42 dB] This microphone was a huge leap forward for me! I've been a podcaster and radio show host for almost 10 years now and this is one of the few microphones I've used that had crystal clear sound quality, easy setup, and no hardware issues throughout its setup. Not only would I recommend this to other podcasters and radio hosts but also to singers, first-timers, and anyone else who needs a stationary microphone. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
