[0.49 lb] AT2050 is a great multi-pattern microphone at better than half the price of other brands, Audio-Techinca has a winner with this condenser mic. We needed a microphone to add ambience to our recording and live streaming and this unit does the job excellently. We had previously used a condenser mic that was almost ten times the cost of this one and we can not tell the difference in the quality of the recording. We live stream all of our house concerts and archive them as well, we had people from all over the country call and tell us how great the audio quality was and that it was one of the best concerts they had ever listened to online. A++ on this one. Thanks B&H again!

[Omnidirectional] As the headline states these wonderful condenser microphones are used for recording Brass including all high brass, brass trio and quintets and other configurations. Am using in conjunction with the Tascam 24SD multitrack recorder, a Focusrite Octopre MKII preamp, and JBL 308 studio monitors. The condenser mic offers 3 settings for Omni, Cardiod, and figure 8 settings. These microphones are clear, and detailed and are perfect for brass. Having read the pros and cons of condenser mics vs ribbon, and am glad I went with these for the variety of recording that I am doing. Ribbons are expensive, delicate, and very accurate and warm for brass recording. Condensers are clear, flat, and highly detailed and sound great to me. A big plus is RODE offers a 10 year warranty when you register them online; provided you buy from an authorized dealer. B&H is the BEST and, of course, an authorized dealer. Love these microphones. One last note is this package deal includes a high quality cable, pop filter, and shock mount. Great value for a great mic.

[0.03 lb] I bought this to do voice recording with a condenser mic and it's great. The phantom power allows the mic to plug directly into the XLR ports. Very clear recording, no noise that I could notice. The menu could be a little easier to follow, but a search for some quick video tutorials told me all I needed to know. I haven't tried it as an interface yet, but looking forward to that.

[On/Off] You won't be disappointed with it and I have dynamic mic are way much better than condenser mic.

[2.65 lb] You will not regret spending just about $75.00 on this "budget" condenser microphone. It's great for vocals and voiceovers. Yes, the noise level (at about 20db) is slightly worse than in a comparable Rode mics but (especially if you are recording vocals to music) this noise is negligible and will not affect your recording. It captures 30 to 20000 hz (humans can hear in the range of 20 to 20000). In the real recording world, you will probably not care that much for any sounds below 80hz thus this mic does what $1K mics do without breaking your bank. Highly recommended and get it from B&H - best price, best customer service and people you can trust.

[Phantom Power] An incredible condenser for spoken word. My new go-to for all things voice over recording (I use this and the E1002). Beautiful frequency response, hi pass and pad. Included shock mount does a great job reducing any unwanted noise. This mic is also built like a little tank. Great job CAD on the latest addition to the E100 line up.

[Gray] I'm a voice over actor and was previously using a usb condenser microphone for at home recording. I don't have the best sound proofing so decided to pick up a Dynamic mic and the Shure SM7B was the most recommended. It's been great as I don't have to fix as much in post with room tone and sounds coming from other rooms

[Phantom Power] I bought two of these packages so I would have the two medium condenser mics along with some other medium and large condenser mics for up close recording of individual instruments and use the two pencil mics to capture the stereo image from back in the audience. These two mics in this package do not disappoint -- the aural quality and clarity is great and considering the price they are phenomenal.

[1.905 lb] Bought it and using it as an alternative large diaphragm condenser microphone for vocal and acoustic recording. Definitely a difference in character of sound and quality as compared to staple SM 58 Shure. Good with details and such. One slight gripe may be the limited peaking capacity. the -10dB pad is there but I personally don't believe that I should be using it most of the time. Loud recording applications may feel some limitations, however its value to performance ratio is a definite plus. Good well rounded function and use so far! If you're using it in the home studio make sure you have some isolation proofing done b/c it will pick up the echos. (and also thin window pane means you'll get car traffic noise picked up in this thing - very sensitive!)

[2x Knob] I've been recording vocals for multiple artists using multiple condenser microphones along with a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 audio interface and an Auray RF-CMS-S Reflection Filter. Undoubtedly this AT2035 has given us the best quality we could imagine. Along with basic knowledge of recording and mixing, this is the perfect tool for a home studio!
