Red White Yellow Cord

White has some variations on a theme, but with the Porta Brace white balance card, same white every time, so you'll know how your camera will read the white. Consistency of color throughout different set ups. Don't leave home without it.

[Black] includes RED BLUE YELLOE AND GREEN!!! not just the Red blue and yellow!!! Works great for any Par can light thats not an LED I just have american Dj products so i cant say for other companies par cans. Easy to cut if you dont need the whole 9x9 sheet great colour quality on smaller watt lamps the blue is pretty dark. But thats OKAY! yellow is basically just a dimmed down white but it looks pretty Cool, Add yellow and Red to make a pink, Red well is Red and works great Green well a bright colour green but not overly green. Blue is a nice dark blue that works better from far away with higher wattage PARs with lower wattage it looks really dark from far away but is bright up close. Overall I would give this product a 5 out of 5 , for my use with my ADJ P-16A special light well worth the money

[Glass] Note: I have owned and used the 52mm (lens front) and 39mm (drop-in) versions of this filter. I have worked with all sorts of filters in the yellow-red/contrast dimension of colors on black and white film. Of course, I always want to have the perfect general contrast filter for use in a variety of conditions, as the first one I would choose for walking around, and this B+W orange filter fits the bill for my tastes. This color perfectly for 80% of the situations I encounter. The other 20% are dramatic sky shots (about 5%, red is best) and low light night shots (about 15%, yellow is best, and brighter at night). For portraiture, yellow is usually good for Caucasians (unless they are freckly red-heads), and orange is perfect for everyone else (Asian, Hispanic, African, etc.). Since I usually photograph Asians, I prefer this orange filter. It is perfect, and as a bonus it dampens blemishes very nicely. You may also wonder if the MRC coating is worth the extra cost. If you plan on shooting a lot, and you don't want to tip-toe around cleaning your filter but would rather just wipe it off from time to time, then this is worth the extra cost. The surface is extremely scratch resistant, I have treated mine fairly poorly at times when cleaning while out shooting, but you would never know it from the filter itself. I am impressed by its robustness! The brass ring is also superb. I will pass these filters down to my children and grandchildren, and they will still be in perfect condition.

[22 x 21 x 0.02"] I have any amber gel by every manufacturer and this is the only one you can get which is a true amber color. Meaning, not yellow, not orange, not red, not brown, but true Amber, also known as the color of honey.

[85] I was impressed how much the red tones have increase in saturation with the filter. It's nice to have it done in-camera rather than in Lightroom/Photoshop as it saves time in editing. From foliage to cars and almost anything in red, it will definitely make it stand out! Besides the usual red enhancing color, I'm sure why we all came here for and that reason is for Astrophotography. This supposedly reduces the yellow/hazy light pollution from suburban lights at night as it cuts down the yellow/amber wavelength of sodium lights emitting at night. Of course, the best way to see the difference is to still seek a dark place first and then the filter will cut down any ambient distant light pollution with ease. As a bonus, it helps with the rendition of stars and other objects that may seem different without the filter. So far it's been good and also remember that the filter takes about a stop or two so adjust your exposure accordingly.
