Best stylus cleaning brush ever !! A must for an accurate and noise-free tracking of all records. The carbon fiber size, length, density, and circular placement of the bristles on the brush head make it extremely effective at stylus cleaning without damaging the stylus/cantilever assembly.

I purchased this brush with some swabs and fluid from visibledust. At first I didn't even want to open the package because I began to think that maybe I was going to return it. Once I experienced how difficult it is to clean with the green swabs and cmos clean liquid, I found this brush to be a necessary tool even after wet cleaning since my environment is really not so dust free. Really, the blower (I bought from Photosol) and this brush is what should be used even with every lens change, and before and after the wet cleaning, as the swabs from visibledust often times leave little pieces of fibers. The Brush is FAR for perfect. Placing the aaa batteries feels like a procedure that might brake the brush as the springs feel stronger than the body construction. It really is a 20 usd electric brush and 20 usd physical brush that they sell for 150 usd. But, there is simply no other option out there. The spinning of the brush eliminates dust and charges the fibers. Once some dust particles are attracted to the brush it is necessary to make it spin again (not like some folks do it that they keep on trying to clean out the dust on the sensor with a brush with fibers with dust particles already on them). A brush alone without the rotary function Would Not Do the Job. It is an expensive but necessary item, specially if you have a Mirrorless camera. An orbit blower does not replace this brush, it complements it.

[Tan] I use this a lot as my new Lps first cleaning - A Mark IV carbon fiber brush and a GruvGlide application gets rid of the pressing plants junk and gives me a great listen before I do the deep cleaning with my VPI - Love this stuff!

[0.275 lb] I've learned over the years that one should not skimp on lens cleaning supplies. sometimes that's the simple difference between an ok and a great photo. The only thing this kit lacks is a carrying case to contain all that it includes, but it is still worth every penny. The retractable goat's hair brush is the true gem. while micro-fiber cloth is easy to come by, as are rocket air blowers, the brush is what makes it possible to clean with finesse. and it is well-made for the price...the brush alone could cost as much as the entire kit if you went with other brands of questionable quality. .
