Samsung Monitor With Usb Port

[1.785 lb] When I bought this I had only moderate expectations. The reviews here are good but the reviews on that other website "where everybody buys stuff" were not so good. Stories about instability and lack of compatibility abound. So I was pleasantly surprised when I started to use this. It paired immediately with my Samsung galaxy note 20. The app installed without incident via a QR code. As soon as the gimbal paired attached it offered to update its own firmware, which completed without any issues. I have had absolutely no problems with the gimbal crashing, or the app crashing, or the video recorder stopping. It has all being stable as can be. The only complaint is a minor one and it has to do with charging the battery. The lower port is used for charging. Even though it is a USB-C port it is not USB-C PD capable. This means you need to use a charger with a USB-A port, and a USB A to USB-C charge cable. if you try to use a USB-C PD charger, the device will not charge. While this is only a minor issue it should be mentioned in the documentation and it is not. I was able to determine that the device will charge at 10W. The gimbal works extremely well. It is very stable, and the video quality is much better than what I was getting out of the phone previously. It has no problem handling my Samsung note 20 ultra which is a very large and heavy phone. The big upside with this model compared with its obvious competitors (ie, DJI OM4) is that it has 3.5mm ports for an external microphone. The model I bought from B&H included the Saramonic smartmic. My phone does not have a microphone jack so I purchased an analog to USB-C adapter for $13. The result is much better audio than I was able to capture with the smart phone alone. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

[Yes] Simple and works well with my 2019 I-pad Pro, the USB 3.0 port is handy. I have 2 Samsung X-5 external drives attached and the speed is good!

[USB-C Male] This is just what I needed to bring the USB port on the back of our 65 Samsung (also purchased form B&H) to the front, and not have to keep trying to plug into the back of the TV.

[6' / 1.8 m] I used this cable to connect my laptop to the display port in a Samsung 21:9 Monitor. Working exactly as I expected. No issues.

[Internal] I was looking to purchase the Samsung Odyssey 49 monitor, when its price went up just as I was about to buy it. So, I switched to this ASUS ROG monitor, which, at that time was around $300 less expensive. This turned out to be a very good decision for a number of reasons: - I use this plugged in to my work computer, which does not require the monitor to be bleeding edge. This perfectly checks the box - it gives me everything I need and more, and doesn't come with a hefty price tag associated with features I would never require. - This has a curvature of 1800R, unlike the Samsung, which has a curvature of 1000R. This means that it is less curved, which is optimal for me as I tend to have the monitor at a 3-3.5 ft. distance from my eyes. A monitor too curved would cause me challenges at the edges at such a distance. - This has a USB-C port with PD, which greatly simplified the wiring on my desk. I am able to connect my laptop directly to this port and have the rest of the ports on the monitor connect to other accessories like speakers, keyboards, an ethernet cable etc. I was able to swap out a dock as a result of this. - While I don't use them, there are also ports for HDMI and DisplayPort, which would support PBP/PIP. If I were to list any negatives, these would be a couple: - There are only 3 USB ports, and I need to connect 5 devices. This is a minor inconvenience, and I got around this by simply plugging a hub to one of the USB ports. - The placement of the ports is quite inconvenient. Having the ports face downwards in the middle of the back panel poses quite a few challenges while trying to set up the wiring. That being said, it is an activity you only have to do once. All in all, this is a fantastic purchase.

[0.95 lb] Snaps right onto the base of the monitor and then plugs into the USB port. Sound is clear and excellent for voice, great mid and mid-highs, although a bit lacking in bass if you are looking to play music. Excellent for video-conferences though, sound projects well and voices are well reproduced.

[IPS-Type LCD] Mounts with a pair of magnets, plugs into a USB port on the monitor. You have to plug in the USB-C cable to the computer (which also carries video as well as USB). To get it to work with an M2 Mac Mini, I had to install Dell's DDPM app for the U2421E - otherwise none of the USB ports worked on the monitor.

[1.64 lb] Pro: Comes with VGA, USB, and Display port cables Very Large Extremely easy to setup and adjust. Looks nice and simple. Has easily accessible settings for changing the monitor to fit different situations. Con: Doesn't come with an HDMI cable Base stand is a bit large, but that's dependent on desk space. Rotating the monitor left to right sometimes pulls the stand along with it.

[0 to 80%] When you have a new MacBook Pro that only has USB-C ports and a monitor that is Display port native the adapter fills the bill. It is reliable and works well with a MBP.

[Capacitive] Nice looking quality monitor with daisy chain-able Display Port. Would love to see a USB-C version.
