[Zipper] I ordered one of the original (tan) Stingray Audio SunHats a few years ago, shortly after they came out. It has been a staple in my outdoor sound work ever since. The only thing I wished they had done was to offer the hat in black... and now, they do! The hat is comfortable and lightweight, so it doesn't make my head hot underneath. The broad rim and rear shield provide plenty of shade, and the UVA/UVB blocking add to the protection. And the icing on the cake is the inclusion of snapping headphone ports that fit nicely around my MDR-7506 headphone band. The tan hat is fantastic, but there are times that I'm working around reflective surfaces or trying otherwise to hide in the shadows. Paired with production blacks (shirt and shorts/pants), the tan sticks out. Now, I have a black hat that matches. And since I have both versions, I'm ready for pretty much anything... ... as long as I also have bug spray. 5 |

[3.3' / 1 m] Replaced the original battery that was draining badly after a year of heavy use. This is an original battery from Samsung, at half the manufacturer's price. 5 |

[1] The original battery for my Samsung SC-HMX-20C video camera died years ago, so I decided to get two replacement batteries for the camera. The Watson IA-BP85ST battery was the replacement and it worked great. Both batteries charged up without any problems and I used the camera for about an hour of recording on each battery and the camera said I still had 30 minutes of life left in the battery. I'm very happy with the batteries. 5 |
