[0.345 lb] ...and chose it over the just released Samsung 4TB T7 Shield Portable SSD (Black) as there were several complaints about the USB connector becoming too loose and poor support from Samsung CS.

[Zipper] I'm able to dock a combination of multiple Samsung T5/T7(not the T7 Shield)drives, CF Express card reader and with the included mini hub two external backup drives with one cable to my MB Pro.

[Nylon] I use this case for my Samsung 4TB T7 Shield SSD. Originally I used a smaller case that was fine except slightly too small. When I got my first of these, I found it was perfectly sized for the SSD while being still small. It did the job so well that I bought 4 more for my other drives. It is rugged and good protection. I recommend it highly.

[Steel] I installed the Samsung 250GB Solid State Drive in my Lenovo desk-top computer. I moved Windows and all my application software to the solid state drive and all of my personal files to the internal disc drive. The disc drive is backed by an external disc drive. The resulting system is much faster. The installation went very smooth, although I had the entire system backed up on an external disk drive incase anything went wrong.

[2.35 x 1 x 0.4"] I use this to hold my Samsung T7 hard drive or my Sennheiser g4 lav pack.

[Steel] Just had the small Black one arrive and it is snug but its a small. Perfect for the Samsung T7 or the Sandisk Extreme portable drive. Everything is so much tidier and easier to swivel around if your in a meeting with someone. All self-contained. The item adds no more depth the closed computer either. I am very happy and am buying 2 more. One small and one large. A large one for a Transcend drive and the smaller one for a mobile broadband dongle. I have black shell on the macbookpro and it looks fine.

[1 TB] I got my BMPCC 6K in May and to keep in budget I only picked up a 512gb Samsung T5. By the time I realized I needed a larger drive Samsung discontinued the T5 and released the T7. However the T7 doesn't have the buffering speeds necessary to allow recording on the BMPCC 6K. So My only affordable option for a 2tb drive according to Blackmagic's recommended list was this Wise Advanced 2tb ssd. Well even though it is on the pricier side, I am glad to have one. It works great, comes with its own mount for my camera cage, and provides plenty of recording capacity. I just hope these aren't discontinued before I have the budget to buy a second one. And B&H was the only trusted retailer I found that sold this capacity.

[2.5"] I used this drive to clone a laptop hard drive to a solid state drive. Worked well.

[Bus Powered] Compared to a T7 Shield...  This is tiny. Only the bottom is rubberized. The sides and top are one piece of plastic.  It only comes with one *average sized* USB-C cable half the length of a T7's, which also has a USB-A cable. Speed is good, haven't noticed anything wrong about performance. Got it on sale for 150 for the 2TB.
