[4 TB] I looked at a few desk external SSD drives, SanDisk, Samsung and WD. I choose this because SanDisk has a very reputation. I did look at their 8TB drive as well. The set up is easy, just plug it it in and start moving files over. 5 |

[Aluminum] Having ditched Western Digital / Sandisk after the recent mass failures of their external SSD's and anti-consumer practices of planned obsolescence of their internal HDD's firmware, I now put my trust in Glyph for my external media, as they are a US-based company with great customer support. For internal drives, I use Seagate Exos or Ironwolf. 5 |
