[2"] I put this eyepiece on my Celestron EdgeHD 8. It is about the widest FOV that I could pull off the OTA. The view is really crisp with point stars to the edge. I can't see any edge brightening or vignetting. The resolution is enough to clearly see the four stars of M42 Trapezium, Jupiter bands, Saturn rings, and even, barely, Saturn cloud bands. The eye relief is comfortable to view the entire field, without glasses. This is a hefty piece. Not a problem on an 8 SCT, but may be awkward on a smaller OTA.

[Rack-and-Pinion] This is exactly what is advertised. I almost couldn't believe the price, but I've used this to view planets and can make out the moons of Jupiter and Saturn's rings! The moon also looks stunning!! If you're looking for a good intro telescope or even if you're an amateur looking for a less expensive option that still has great quality, I would highly recommend this telescope.

[1024 x 768] This rear cam is small enough to not interfere with your view out your back window. The picture quality is great!!!

[0.14 lb] I have always been a fan of a blacked out rear so the Trij HD's have been my go to. The new HD XR's do the same thing with the added benefit of a better view of your intended target. B&H had the best price with quick shipping. Have continually been pleased with their service and pricing!

[0.22 lb] I purchased the Vixen Flip Mirror Diagonal for Astrophotography, therefore, I needed to also buy some accessories. Thanks to fellow reviewer, I was able to get all the accessories at the same time as the mirror. My setup: Celestron EdgeHD 11 - Tele Vue Schmidt-Cassegrain Adapter-Long - Vixen Flip Mirror - T-Mount for Canon EF-M Canon Camera. On the upper tube of the mirror: Vixen #37292 T-Thread to 2 Eyepiece Adapter 2 Celestron 29mm eyepice.
