[White] The design is incredible and the weight of the mic is perfect. Considerably one of the most flexible and perhaps the best dynamic mic considering the price and it's charming features. I did a hefty research prior to purchasing a mic. Looked into various sites, different reviews, and expertise opinions on every microphone out there and ultimately encountered the SE Electronics V7 microphone. Many reps will make a simple, unattractive recommendation as saying Shure SM58 or any industry standard (Senheiser, AKG, Audio-Technica, etc). Many reps are not aware of SE Electronics nor its V7 microphone. This mic will be the replacement for the industry standard when noticed by more consumers. The packaging I can say was absolutely professional and attractive with its detailed features on there and the design and proper packaging feeling as if I had bought a brand new Apple product. SE Electronics is absolutely impressive. I will be utilizing this mic for vocals for myself and a female vocalist in our band. This will feature a clean voice and an upgraded performance result. I will bet that your investment on this V7 microphone will be a game changer and a much different reality of the audio world.

[Yes] Cheaper than the high end studio mic stand! I use the Manfrotto Autopole in combination with the SE reflection filter and Superclamp to create my own Microphone stand. Easy to adjust with different talent.

[Straight Stand] Bought this stand specifically to pair with SE Reflexion Filter. THe stand is real sturdy and is constructed well. THe stand combined with the SE Reflexion FIlter is tall enough for people who are around 6'4 or a bit taller. If you place the SE reflexion filter at the highest point of this Mic Stand you wont have a problem with taller artists. Air suspension is useful too ; especially when you are adjusting height of stand. What the air suspension does is protects your stand from falling rapidly when you loosen the locking mechanism ; instead when you loosen the locking mechanism to lower or raise the height of your stand the air suspension allows the mic stand to smoothly lower without dropping.
