[2] I used this to record bird vocalizations in the field with a Sennheiser MKH-416 shotgun mic and Auray furry. I am very pleased with the combination. It is lightweight and very portable. 32-bit float recording, and not having to worry about gain controls, makes recording birds much easier in the field. Since using the Zoom F3 I haven't had blown out field recordings.

[3.9 oz / 110 g] I put my Sennheiser 416 shotgun mic in this shock mount in my VoiceOver booth and was surprised that it made a big difference. I was using a standard mount on a short mic stand on thin acoustical foam and thought I was fine. After recording some spots, I noticed in processing that I didn't have to search to remove unwanted frequency responses. It sounded great like it was. I can't wait to try this shock mount on a boom pole.

[2 lb] My Business is Location Audio Mixing. I use Sennheiser 416 short shotgun mics with The Rycote Windshield. This system always delivers 100% of the time. I've used it in Hotel Rooms, Factories and in the Field. I always get perfect audio

[Yes] The 416 is by far the best shotgun mic I've used. Indoor or outdoor, it's performs better than any other mic I've come across. Great sound, separation, and quality. The bundle also comes with some pretty crucial accessories that make your life easier! 100/10 would buy again.

[Hypercardioid] My ears can't tell the difference between the Synco D2 and the Sennheiser MKH 416! This mic is an incredible value!! Plus, you get a nice carry case, pop filter, and short XLR cable for boom use. What's not to like?

[44 x 2 x 1.38"] Weight not too heavy, very minimal if any mic noise. Use it in combination with Sennheiser 416 and KTek shock mount.

[Mono] At the advice of a friend, when I was growing unsatisfied with the limitations of doing VO with a shotgun mic (Sennheiser 416) and wanted to add and LDC to my studio, I tried out the LCT440 pure. WOW! This was hands down the VO pro group favorite in a blind sound test with Neumann TLM and Sennheiser mics (including the 416). I would HIGHLY recommend this mic to anyone for VO work or for any other LDC mic applications.

[+28 dBu maximum] Using this on my Sennheiser MKH 416. Does a much better job than the wind cover that came with the mic. It reduces pops to next to nothing, it's quite lightweight and very transparent sounding. Just a really nice design. The small size makes it great for voiceover work as it doesn't block your view for reading even if you bring the mic up close and in front of you.

[7.5 x 6 x 2.5"] I purchased this mount to hold my Sennheiser 416. It works better than expected. At first, the mount feels too light for the mic and I was worried it would hold the weight but it does. The clamp that holds the mic in place has just the right amount of tension and I have had zero issues. The mic just floats in place and the mount eliminates the noise you get with a traditional mic clip. I definitely recommend this if you have a 416 or similar mic.
