Light weights construction for hours of use without fatigue. I believe 2024 marks the 35 years anniversary of this headphones. As glasses wearer, on-ear nature of this headphones works wonder. Since nothing existed in this world is perfect, here are few cons; little thin and easy to get tangled straight cable, coiled cable is also nice to have but little to heavy and long for my taste. Although included Pleather pads are comfy, and gets worn out rather quick. Invest in velour pads like ones from DT770.

[Gray] I have a portable ham radio that produces mono output. When I have stereo headphones plugged in directly, I only get sound in the left ear. When I have the mono-to-stereo adapter plugged into the radio and the headphones plugged into the adapter, I get sound in both ears, which is exactly what I wanted.

The headphones and cord fit comfortably in this case. The case is solid and provides great protection at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

[1 User] Ive been buying these headphones from back when they were Optimus branded and sold at Radio Shack.  They sound insanely good for the weight/price, great for situations where you need critical audio all day but dont want to wear heavy cans or in ear monitors.

[1] If you use your I-Phone to do radio remotes, this is what you need. You'll be able to use headphones for monitoring and a decent mic for interviewing, announcing, etc. The only weak link is the jack in the phone itself, so treat it well! A well made cable.

[1000D Cordura] I'm a radio professional who does a LOT of editing with headphones on, and these have been my favorite headphones for decades. They work great and they're very durable. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a really good, reliable set of headphones. I even got this pair on sale -- that was a nice bonus!
