Sennheiser Wireless Transmitter Receiver

[2030 mAh ] OK, it is pricy - but the Sennheiser AVX Digital wireless set is super simple to use and has great sound quality. Open the box, charge up the units (transmitter and receiver), push the link buttons on both units and wait for confirmation, plug in the XLR receiver into the camera and put the clip the Lav and the transmitter on the talent and you're in business. This is the easiest system I've ever owned. I do recommend getting spare batteries if you're doing an extended shoot, otherwise you find this to be what a digital product ought to be - easy, compact, light and reliable.

[Plug-In Power] Works great with my Sennheiser ew112 G3 transmitter and receiver. Nice and clean!

[5.8 oz / 165 g] Super stoked with Sennheiser Case!! I placed BOTH Transmitter & Receiver in carry case and traced out with a pen what needed to be modified and very carefully using a razor blade I made the cuts. I added a couple of pieces of extra foam… and am now very pleased with my case! I did take the Cold Shoe Mount off of Receiver so that it would lay flat. I now just attach it to the Tripod Head with a zipper pull. I don’t know why Sennheiser doesn’t offer this case with cut-outs to fit BOTH devices. They obviously do!

[0.315 lb] I'm a professional video producer. I have long used a Sennheiser wireless system with my SONY camcorders, I ordered this lav to use with my newly purchased DJI wireless mic system because it does not have the locking connector that would prevent its use with the DJI transmitter. And because according to reports I read, it performs well with the system with no hiss. I have found that with the DJI transmitter's gain set to 0db and the receiver (plugged into my iphone 8) set at +6db, the results are very good with the gain boosted in post. As expected, when I tested the lav with my Sound Devices MixPre-3 recorder, the sound was considerably better with little boost needed in post. This lav performs at least as well as my Sennheiser. It provided the solution I needed and is good value for the money.

[3.3' / 1 m] We need some way to supply phantom power to a condenser microphone feeding into a Sennheiser wireless transmitter. This proved to be the perfect solution. Its construction is first class and it works flawlessly. We're so thankful we were alerted to this product and highly recommend it.

The mic is a little bigger than I would prefer, and it is bigger than the mic that came with another ATW-1801 system that I have. But, overall, it does the job that I need done.

[Clear / Yellow] Needed a hard case to hold my Rode Wireless Go 2 lavs/receiver/transmitter. Almost sat on them in the soft case that comes with the Rode. This case can hold everything.

[0.645 lb] I use the wireless remote for my 7D on a tripod. The receiver is secured nicely to the flash shoe. The remote transmitter on a lanyard (to which I affixed a small carabiner) hooked to a belt loop is kept available for when focusing and framing is done. It works flawlessly. Great purchase at great price.
