[1 x 1/4"] I have a Shure MV7 and although is a fine microphone. The Revelator Dynamic USB Microphone shows an amazing sound out of the box. I 100% recommend it for the price.

[11 to 52 V] The Shure SM57 is an industry-standard dynamic microphone for a reason. It's versatile, and its durability is unmatched. Vocals, instruments, you name it—this mic delivers fantastic results. The included cable kit is a nice addition, ensuring a quick setup. The cardioid pattern minimizes background noise, making it ideal for both live performances and studio recordings.

[Camera-Mount] Our senior church group already had a Shure dynamic microphone from B&H but it is originally wired with a long cord. This created a trip hazard so we were considering buying a wireless mike. But B&H showed us this great device which converts the mike. It couldn’t be easier - plug one piece into mobile speaker, the other into bottom of the mike, make sure both are on same channel number and switch them on. It works great. We are really satisfied!

[5/8"-27 Male] I purchased the Auray TT-6110 for a Shure Super 55 Deluxe mic. The stand base is nicely weighted to help avoid knock overs. The finish is nice and slightly textured. A very well made piece, I would refer this to anyone! Great for the price!

[Mono] I bought this after purchasing a Schoeps Colette Series Supercardioid Microphone Set and feeling underwhelmed for the sound to cost ratio. But the SCX1 really sounds fantastic for the price, as good as the Schoeps in my estimation for recording interviews.

[Standard DI] All I can say is Wow. You'll have to hear it to believe it. I tried it with a Shure SM7B microphone.

[1.27 lb] I swapped out the Shure SM7B for this because it took too much to drive it (I used a Cloudlifter) and the results were inconsistent and just okay, at best. I had read about this mic being similar in build, but a supercardioid condenser mic instead of dynamic. The sound was warm and clear like a dynamic, and no additional switches to fool around with. Just plug in your XLR cable and get to work. I re-recorded all of the podcast episodes (they're short-form) I originally used the SM7B for (none of which sounded the same), and finally got the pro-grade sound and consistency I wanted! I'm absolutely in love with it - you get what you pay for!

Love this microphone the Shure motive makes being able to dial it in to the tones that you need really easy.
