[Stereo] They turned my wired headphones into wireless and work great. 5 |

[< 3 ms] Gotta love wireless that sounds "wired". Shure's ULX/QLX continues their long-standing performance even in digital guise. With networking, RF analytics, and dead simple setups (e.g. transmitter/receiver sync button), these units deserve their place in the rack. 5 |

[Cardioid] I needed 3 wired mics quickly and knew B&H could get them to me quickly. The question I had for myself was whether to buy Shure's SM58 known world wide for having an excellent reputation or the lesser priced SM48. Trusting Shure to not make a bad product, I bought 3 SM48s and had them by Christmas Eve for the worship service. I used all three in the service 1 for flute, 1 for clarinett, and one for piano. The sound was very good and the recording was the revelation of how good these mics really are. They sound terrific! 5 |

[Yes] I got those headphones for meeting conferencing over zoom. I also have the Wireless version of HD800. This wired version works very well for me. 5 |

[0.03 lb] Exactly what I was looking for. Using for wired headphones to iPhone that gets a lot of daily use in NYC Subway. 5 |

[Open-Back] I have now tried 4 different headphones: Sony MDR-7506, Beyer DT990, Sennheiser HD650, Shure SRH1840. My intent was to find headphones that I could mix with, sounded suitably neutral, and have a similar response to my Yamaha HS7s, and to my HiFi which I use as an audio reference (Naim 42/110, into Rogers Studio One speakers..) Here are my conclusions/comments 1. Sony 7506: great for tracking; decent response, good isolation(I have two pairs of these..) 2. Beyer DT990: too much bass plus a sibilant top end, and 'scooped' mids. I did not like the sound of these. Returned. 3. Senn HD650: better than the Beyers but still an over-emphasized bottom end. Nice for general listening through a good headphone amp, but not good for mixing. Returned. 4. Shure SRH1840: best of the bunch, and sound very similar to the HS7s in my home studio. Bass is tight and responsive, and seems faithful to the intent of the recording. Also sound pretty close to my 'reference' hi-fi system. These are keepers. I wish that they were made in the USA.. ! 5 |

[1/8" / 3.5 mm] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent headphones. However a wired version would be good to have. No over the ear wired headsets unless is for gaming are available. 5 |

[Stereo] I was looking for a reasonably priced light weight set of wired headphones with a mic attached and this is the one I had choosen. What's great about this headset is the noise cancelling mic feature that is important when I'm on a Zoom or MS teams meeting. Sometimes my office can get noisy or if I am at a coffee shop where there are many things going on that could be picked up by the microphone. At least I can have a decent conversation without having to worry about too much noise around me plus the sound quality of the on-ear headphone are comfortable and press gently against my head. I haven't worn it for more than 2 hours yet but probably would be comfortable enough if I needed to one day. 5 |

[Rigid Plastic] Although pricey, these headphones exude quality. They work seamlessly with the Apple ecosystem (iPhone, MacBook, and iPad), and sound great streaming Apple's lossless music files in iTunes or Apple Music. Make no mistake, these do not have the sound quality of high end wired cans, but if you want to lose the wires and have mobility they are very good as plenty of musical nuances can be detected that you won't hear in other bluetooth, and lower end wired headphones. The stereo separation is excellent. Of course, there are some negatives. The high quality construction makes for a heavy set of cans, Apple, stupidly did not include a charger, and the included case is laughable. Some reviewers have complained of problems with condensation and clamping pressure on the ears. Personally, I have listened to these for hours at a time and have not experienced these problems. 5 |
