[58 mm (Front)] I bought this along with the Sigma dc dn art 30mm 1.4 for my a6300. Optics wise I would choose this over the Sigma. The Rokinon is heavier with a plastic body and yet still nice feeling .There is little purple fringing wide open on high contrast scenes and it is completely gone between f2-2.8. The sharpness and contrast throughout is fantastic. I was surprised how well it did at 1.2. There is no noticeable distortion. The colors are great. The bokeh is very smooth. One of my favorite lenses I have ever owned. I plan I using this for Product shots, video and portraits. Remember if you buy this it is for apsc not full frame. Also manual focus only, which is very smooth. I would 100% recommend this lens. I posted a photo I took with it!!!

[67 mm] I used it to step-down my my sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens in a sunny day. It works well. But according to the camera reading, it only does 2 1/2 stops.

[Yes] 30mm is my favorite walk-around lens for MFT. I like a little compression, especially for portraits. I agonized over the Panasonic 30 2.8 micro and the new Sigma 30mm 1.4 lens. I ordered the Sigma lens but returned it after a few test shots; too many artifacts and purple fringing. The Panasonic lens passed testing with crystal clear shots (yes, I am a pixel peeper at 14x). Losing two f/stops doesn't bother me, especially given the multi-stop stabilization in today's MFT cameras/lenses. At 5 feet (portrait range), the depth of field at f/1.4 is only 3.5; one often has to choose between having an eye or an ear in focus but not both. At f/2.8, the depth of field is 8.5 ... good enough to have the head in focus with a pleasant bokeh in the background. The fact that the Panasonic lens is a macro lens has the advantage (characteristic of macros) of having a flat field in crystal-clear focus from f/2.8 to f/8, after which diffraction starts. I may never use the Panasonic macro capability, but it is there if I need it.

[1/4"-20 Female] Works great. Tight but not to tight of a fit......meaning no slop in mounting a lens. Worth the extra $. Using it on an XH2. Nikon 200 f2, Sigma 85 1.4 Art, Sigma 20mm 1.4 Art and Nikon 300mm F4 afs have all worked flawless

[1.2 lb] Hi, Purchased in late 2020 for Sigma 105mm 1.4 (Nikon). This ND filter is really good because it does not create any color cast. The ND allows me to use the lens at f1.4 without overexposing the shadows (while using my strobes). It is a great ND filter, more neutral than a few others I purchased for a 85mm 1.8. High recommendations.

[0.05 lb] I got my first Zeiss, the Mulvis 15/2.8 last week. I was extremely impressed with that lens. Although manual focus, it has since kept the Sigma 12-24 and Nikon 16-35 in the bag. And I sent an Irix 15/2.4 Blackstone (a very nice lens actually) back. That initial experience gave me the confidence to order the Otus 28/1.4 and 55/1.4. I have not had full manual lenses since my Canon and Nikon film SLRS and my Mamiya and Rollei MF cameras. TBH, I wasn't sure if my decades-older eyes would be up to the task. Well, I am still not sure about that part, but this lens and the 810A are superb together. P, A, and S modes work flawlessly. I took it out today for a few dozen shots during early afternoon. Light was bright and a bit flat, uninteresting to say the least. But this lens is just extraordinary. Color richness and fidelity, the almost-3D effect of DOF, corner-to-corner sharpness, lack of distortion, resolution, all amazing. I have Sigma 35/1.4 and 24/1.4 Art lenses that I picked up primarily for astrophotography. This lens takes their place, as well as the Nikon 24-70/2.8, and every other lens that covers this range. Yes, it's big and heavy; this is not a kit for speed pack ascents. But I will haul these lenses around the world in the next couple of months, because once you have seen what they deliver, there is no going back.
