[0.37x] this my second Sigma Art Lens and the 24-70mm is my favorite focal length . I have had this length in Nikon lens for years, This new version from Sigma has been heavily compared to Sony'S G Master version and found to be equal to the G Master which is twice the price, The Sigma is sharp and extremely well built as is all Sigma lenses. [Shoulder Strap] Fit my Nikon D850, Sigma Art 24-105 mm f4, Nikon tilt and Shift 24 mm, Nikon 70-200 mm E-FL lens & 3 Nikon Teleconverters. Some filters, cleaning stuff, battery. etc. I would like the factory would add a side adjustable pocket like on the right side to it. Still place for screen. This fit all my landscape equipment perfect. I would buy again and again. After a good management in my bag I could add a Nikon D500.

[0.065 lb] If you need a focus gear ring for an E-Mount Sigma 24-70mm Art lens, look no further. This is the actual one that fits, not the 88-90mm ring that Tilta suggests. Their sizing chart is WAY off. Hopefully this saves someone from their lies.

[0.13 lb] I ordered this lens after months of comparing the gm to the sigma art. I reluctantly ordered this lens expecting nothing special about it. After taking it out and shooting with it professionally I can say this lens is special. From the way it renders colors to the way it blurs the background. I can’t believe it only costs 1099. I also love the macro capabilities of it making it that much more versatile. I am someone who typically only likes to shoot with a 16-35 or 70-200 and leave the 24-70 in the bag or at home. Not anymore, this is going to be glued to my camera for a long time. Hope this review helps, it’s seriously incredible!

[2.06 lb] This will mainly be used for landscape/cityscape images. I sold my Nikon 24-70 and now own the 24, 35 and 50 1.4 Art lenses from Sigma. This one is right up there with the other two. I finally had a chance to go out and shoot some things with it and The results were great. I can tell there is a subtle difference in sharpness compared to shooting my Nikon 24-70 and the 24mm length. Like my other Art lenses, I had to use the dock to calibrate this lens. There was a good amount of front focusing out of the box, but with adjustments made through the dock, I didn't need to change the AF fine tuning in either of the two Nikon bodies I have.

[Autofocus] I have 5 lenses now for my A7SIII and this is the one that stays on it 95% of the time. The only time I swap lenses now is to go wider with the Sony 12-24 F4. Sure, there are sharper lenses, but the 24-240 range is so convenient - 24mm is perfectly fine for vlogging and wide angle shots and 240mm, especially with clear image zoom, is more than enough for anything in the distance. I wasn't sure it could replace my Sigma 24-70 and Tamron 70-300, but I'm completely satisfied with the image quality so those lenses sit on the shelf now. It's also slightly lighter than the Sigma 24-70, which is a plus.

[Cage] I switched from TL2 to SL2-S and have no regrets. Its simplicity, ease of use is excellent, and the image quality is fantastic (colours, skin tone, sharpness, etc.). A lot of people knock the autofocus, but I'm 99% happy with it for stills, and manual focus is the way to go for video anyway. I tried the Sigma 28-70, which is a super lens by default, but the Leica version is better. Not just because of the build quality, but also the image quality. Yes, the 24-90 is a hair better and noticeably heavier (I tried that too), I think the kit lens is somewhere between the Sigma 24-70 and the Leica 24-90. I give it 5 stars, but if it was a little lighter I would give it 6. :) After a full day of shooting, you can feel the weight, but it's lightened if you buy a good neck strap.

[Handle] Absolutely love the Mindshift 26L backpack. Holds all my camera gear and is well constructed. Larger than what I normally carry, but well suited for those longer hikes. I currently have it loaded with the following: Sony a7riv, Sony 70-200GM, Sigma 14-24, Sigma 24-70, Sony 50mm, Sigma 35, filter case, Sd card case and other accessories. Plenty of room in the front section for a jacket or other needs.

[0.11 lb] Used with a sony 7rii with grip and sigma 24-70 fe 2.8, it's just a little bit difficult to place a sigma 12-24 fe 2.8 in the middle part underneath this set. The vertical separations would have to be one centimeter longer
