Sigma Sony E Mount Lens

[0.185 lb] Excellent quality by Sigma. It fits into the new Sigma 100-400mm Contemporary Sony E-Mount lens. Highly recommended when using it on a tripod to reduce the weight of the camera mount.

[Full-Frame] I use to work with Sigma 12-24 on A mount and it was a great experience, When I switch to E mount I bought the converters from A to E mount. The Sigma keep doing a great job on my A7RII but Sony decide to launch the 12-24 native e mount and I just have to have it.... With both in my hand I took several pictures to compare. Sigma always was a great and sharp wide angle for Sony A mount, I use to love that lens, but this one is more sharp, is better controlled on corners, it is light, well build, compact, silent, and Sharp, very sharp again!! people complain about the lack of filter thread but there is a lot of filters system that fits on all your lens, it is better than buy filters for any lens diameter that you have, it is my opinion. The design of the lens doesn't allow put a thread to put a filter, it was not because sony did not wanted, it is the front element that doesn't allow that thread, anyway, if you need a wideangle not too fast , this is it, Great great lens.

[Sony E] I have used other a mount lens rear cap for my old sigma lens but they do not fit well until I get this perfect one.

[0.37x] this my second Sigma Art Lens and the 24-70mm is my favorite focal length . I have had this length in Nikon lens for years, This new version from Sigma has been heavily compared to Sony'S G Master version and found to be equal to the G Master which is twice the price, The Sigma is sharp and extremely well built as is all Sigma lenses. The build and feel of the lens gives me feeling of confidence and compliments the outstanding performance. if you are considering a 24-70mm lens for your Sony check the reviews.

[0.425 lb] The Lens Kit is an amazing product. For context, I got the one for the Sony E-mount. The lens kit securely holds your lens(es) to your PD capture clip. The quick release button has a good amount of resistance to allay any fears of accidentally releasing it. In the picture attached, I (jokingly) put the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Lens for Sony and the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens for Sony on it, and it held them securely. In the actual field, I had each of these lenses on one at a time as I switched them back and forth. Overall, the process was seamless and easy. I never once feared them falling off.

[Zipper] Came with a Sigma 30mm f/2.8 but I have purchased three more for my other sony e-mount pancake and compact lenses. They are well padded for storage and transport, but have no connection points for straps or belts so keep that in mind.
