[55 mm] I approached this purchase from a different perspective. I had the Lee filter system and on my first trip to Iceland, scratched the acrylic grad filters. I decided to replace them with Haida glass filters and bought both ND and grads so the color would be consistent and tried to use them with the Lee filter holder, which should work based on the reported size, but found that the 100 x 150 grads slipped in the Lee holder if they were vertical. If I applied the Haida gaskets, they were too tight to insert, almost couldn't remove them when i tried to force them in, so that is really a flaw with Haida. So, I decided to try this M10 filter kit. I had looked at this a couple of times but didn't really understand the drop in round CPF until i watched a couple of YouTube videos. Well, this is sooo much better than the Lee holder!! On Lee, you have to screw on the CPF on the outside and it can easily get too tight when rotating the polarizer making it difficult to remove. Also, takes a lot to get it screwed on to start with .... oops, missed the shot! The included CPF in the M10 kit just drops in place, then has a little wheel to adjust the angle. Awesome easy to use, install, and remove. Filters fit great now. Wish I had not waited to try this. Apparently, the older Haida filter holder is difficult to use and I would not recommend it based on the reviews, this is definitely worth the money, and it includes the CPF in the kit. Every once in a while you buy something that is so great you just love to use it. This is my new best photography gadget. Can't recommend it highly enough. Oh, and the color cast on the glass Haida filters is much less noticeable than the old Lee acrylic filters. Lee has a great reputation, but is living in the past. Time to move on from them.

[0.4 lb] By having a second 35 mm slide holder, I can prepare the next 4 slides while the first 4 are being scanned.

[12.4 lb] The stand is very sturdy and good quality. Also, has separate slide out holder for the mouse.

[35mm ] The slide holders for these scanners are very well made and it is easy to load the slides. It is nice to have several holders so you can look through and load slides in one holder while you are scanning the slides in another holder

[1.745 lb] This 35 mm slide holder works great with the Negative Supply Light Source 35. It fits perfectly and it is easy to slide the 35 mm slides through it.

[9.1 x 8.9 x 3"] Good quality. Everything is nice and tight. The anodized aluminum dark slides fit snugly inside the holder. The friction is enough to hold them in place, but not so much as to move the camera when pulling them out. The tolerances are pretty tight - the dark slide must be aligned just right to slide back in. Which is good - less room for light leaks. The relief in the back panel along the loading edge of the holder is a nice touch - makes it easy to get a finger nail under the film edge when extracting exposed film, even with nitrile gloves on. The locking hooks are nice and snug. Assuming they hold up well over time, I will probably never have a complaint about them.

[0.265 lb] Graduated ND filters are one of the few things you cant really recreate in Photoshop (unless you take 2 images at different exposures which some people do). With this filter you will need the matching Cokin filter holder as is assumed. I use this filter mainly with sunsets and rises or any time the sky is harsh and the ground is poorly lit. It provides really nice results and is very easy to use. Its better than the screw in types because you can slide it up and down in the holder and control where the center of the fade is. If you want more sky slide it down, if you want more ground slide it up, thats something you cant do with the screw in types. On top of that once you have the mount you can get all their other filters. My one issues with it is the potential for light to leak in the top and bottom but I have not really found this to be an issue in the actual photos.
