[1.8 lb] I bought this to replace the 5 1/2 year old Smart Keyboard for my 3rd generation iPad Pro. I used the old keyboard extensively with the iPad, eventually wearing it out. Given how much I enjoyed using the old keyboard and how long it lasted, it was an easy decision to replace it with essentially the same device. The only difference between the old and new keyboard is the size of the back camera opening, which is larger on this newer version. I also prefer this keyboard over Apple's Magic Keyboard because I can fold it back behind the iPad for reading a book, which the Magic Keyboard doesn't do.

[Yes] I considered the Apple Keyboard's for my new iPad Air 4th generation. I have had both brands before for earlier iPad's. This Logitech keyboard is in the same league as the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio (similar configuration), but has three very important features that are lacking on the Apple keyboard. 1. Backlit keys. 2. Top row of short-cut function keys. 3. Trackpad. So, for less money, you can have a keyboard with much more functionality.

[3.37 lb] This iPad replaces a 2012 3rd generation that I thought was great and still works perfectly, but can't be updated and is slow. The picture on this iPad is astounding, better than the Retina display on my iMac. Is is ultra fast, up to date and syncs perfectly with the iPhone and iMac. Very easy to download everything I wanted from the iMac. I couldn't be happier. My first Apple was 1983 and I'm still a happy and satisfied customer.

[0.55 lb] My use of an iPad is simply as an internet appliance. My 3rd generation iPad is glacially slow and can no longer be upddated. With Covid-19 I am now reliant on Zoom and Face Time for connecting with friends and meetings. My new iPad is a perfect match for my needs.

[2-Year ] I have had the 1st generation and 3rd iPad Pro 12.9, but this gen is awesome. I can tell the difference in snappy transitions, no lag opening apps, switching between apps, or opening Excel, Word, and image files. My 3rd gen iPad Pro was damaged and I was unable to make the transition to the new one as usual. However, I had a backup in iTunes and was able to restore it to the new iPad without any issues. The large screen allows for a great split-screen experience.

[iPadOS] For this iPad i had two options. The Smart Keyboard from apple or this. And I’m glad i chose those. The keyboard has a trackpad and a place to keep the apple pencil which i though i wont really need but found to be super useful.

[2.4 lb] The keyboard that they made for the pro iPad I would have bought it if they would have made one for the iPad air 3,it would have been easy to do,I would have pay more.

[iPadOS] I upgraded from a sixth generation iPad. The old one was very sluggish. The iPad Air M2 chip is very quick. Websites that used to take forever to load (maybe 30 seconds) now load in just a few seconds. Wish I'd upgraded long ago. The iPad Air M2 is thin and light. The battery charge easily lasts, and I can usually stretch it to two days. I strongly recommend getting a quality shock resistant case. $600 is a lot of money to risk dropping and breaking.

[0.23 lb] It seems like with every generation of iPad Air Apple takes small steps in the right direction of manufacturing the perfect tablet.

[Scroll Wheel] I just needed a wireless mouse that I could use with my iPad (Air, 3rd ed.), and this mouse looked like it would work. It does, and beautifully! Pairing it with the iPad was easy and it responds quickly and accurately, as expected from Logitech. What I wasn't expecting is that both the scroll wheel and the mouse buttons are incredibly quiet. There was some sacrifice in tactility for that quietness, but for my purposes it works well and I have no complaints. Time will tell what the battery life and reliability will be, but given that this is a Logitech product I have high hopes for it. Overall I'd recommend it.
