[Glass] I've bought two of these. I use them on my Sony cine lenses the 28-135mm and the 18-110mm. It's thin enough of a filter I can use the lens hoods for both lenses. Sometimes seems like the treads aren't connecting (I think because it's so thin) but not a problem because once it's on I just leave it on. Doesn't seem to have any degradation to the image. Great price!

[0.35 lb] I installed the 67mm band and the lens rim on my 18-135mm Canon lens. The band provides a nice grip and protection for the zoom ring and the rim protects the lens from bumps. The rim needs to be removed to install a lens hood but that is not a big problem. I would buy this again if it became available in 58mm to use on my Canon 18-55mm lens.

[Canon EF-S] I bought this lens for my Canon 60d. EF-S 18-135mm STM has much longer reach. I do not think I will ever need anything longer than 135mm.

[0.01 lb] I was having trouble with my 18-135mm zoom - lens flare and sometimes lack of overall contrast. I bought this lens hood and the results have been impressive. It is well-made, like all Sensei products I have tried, and does the job.

[Plastic] Purchased this lens because my Canon 18-135mm got artifacts in the barrel. Not the greatest lens in the world, but it does the job and acts as a great backup/second wide to the lenses I currently own.

[2.7x] This size, 8x12 cm, was purchased for the Canon EFS 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM kit lens, which is the same size as Canon's equivalent USM lens. The fit is perfect, even with two filters on the lens.

[Autofocus] I'm giving this lens 5 stars. It's not perfect but the image quality is really good and the price was right. I have a 7D and a 5D and I ordered the Canon 24-105mm so I could move up to an L lens. When I got the 24-105mm I tested it out on both Canon bodies. To my surprise the 18-135mm stood up quite well to the 24-105mm on the 7D and showed only marginal improvement but not enough to justify the cost difference in the two lenses. However, when comparing the 24-105 on the 5D against the 18-135mm on the 7D the 5D combo excelled. If you are familiar with the specs on the two cameras then you know why. Moral of the story: If you have a 7D and you are lusting after a 24-105mm, get the 18-135mm.
