PTZ camera operation can be really clunky with a computer and mouse only, but this controller makes it a much more enjoyable experience. Set up is a bit technical, and the dashboard isn't user-friendly at all, but once we started figuring what was where, it wasn't too terribly difficult to settle into a groove. If you're in the market for a good controller for your PTZ system, this is a great place to start.

[1.83 lb] Much nicer than having the software controller running on a computer, and for locations that cannot run their Unifi routers.

[5 x 5 x 0.5"] We used this cable to connect a computer to a motor controller. A null modem was required in addition to this cable, as you would expect. Works great.
