[6.1 µm] I use this to archvie 4K digital cinema data, using a tape library to back up a RAID. The tapes are expensive and the process is slow and cumbersome, but it is probably the most stable format for archiving digital data. If you are developing a new system, you'll probably want LTO-6, but if you're already on LTO-5, this product is just fine. Keep in mind that eventually you will need custom labels, so buy a bunch of them in advance.

[Sony E] Summary: A beast of a lens, with image quality to match. You get what you pay for - literally. The good: -Image quality is fantastic. Some of Sigmas Art lenses are amazing, some are normal, and some dont seem to cut it, even though the all get the mark. This one is one of the best. -Natural looking blur past f2. At the minimum f1.4, the blur starts looking exaggerated (like most lenses at that aperture), but some people like that. Past f4, blur is only on the edges and details in the autofocus zone are crystal clear. -Quick AF; Sigmas agreement with Sony on the E-mount specs is paying off. However, if you like or want to manual focus, the focus ring is large and easy for your fingers to find. -In addition to the solid Sigma Global Vision construction, actually feels weather sealed. There doesnt seem to be any openings to the environment. The bad: -Heavy. This is not a mirrorless lens. This is a beast lens not for the faint of heart. You know just by picking it up that there is serious glass in there. It doesnt balance well if you like holding the camera by the body. -Long. This was used on a A7R3. Because of the E-mount neck, its longer than for instance a Canon version. However, if you like to handhold the camera by the lens like I do, it fits fine. The other stuff: -This 40mm was supposedly built from the cinema version, but there arent any cinema-type features at all. For instance, the Sony 135mm GM has an iris ring that can be de-clicked like that on a cinema lens. The Sigma appears no different than any other Art lens in that respect.

[1.6 oz / 45.4 g] My two new cinema lenses are for Sony full frame. Actually I first chose this for the particular focal length and rectilinear properties. Then I decided to try video making. Why not? * I've had good luck with Rok/Sam products. Not tested yet (where is summer?). These are solid, substantial lenses. Gotta love 'em, and the examples I've tested have not been de-centred. -

[31 x 9 x 8"] If you own an Sony Fx6 or Fx9 or any of the Canon Cinema cameras, this is the best tripod you can get for the price. If you have an edu account you save 10%. You really can't go wrong with these sticks

[Canon LP-E6] I use this to work with my Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema 4K camera and Sony F series Battery Holder from Smallrig, it works well!

[T22] This is my fifth Rokinon / Samyang lens but this one is not tested yet. It's my second cinema lens, & looks perfect. * One of the others is an automatic focusing lens for Sony, 35mm f1.4, and I have the brick for firmware updates. * I've had good luck with 'Elite Brands' lenses and with an old history in manual photography, have no problem with that. My digital cameras provide highlight colour focus confirmation. * Good to deal with B&H. This completes my current orders, thank you! -

[7.81 lb] Love this battery on my cinema rigged Sony FX3. Light weight and great form factor, I pass power by usb-c to the FX3, run D-tap to my monitor and charge my wireless receiver for audio all at the same time.
