[0.96 lb] Perfect 35mm for Sony. Having used both the Samyang 35mm 1.4 and 1.8, the 1.8 is objectively better and also happens to be much lighter and costs less. The 1.8 has great autofocus and image quality whereas the 1.4 has horrible autofocus and lesser image quality. 5 |

[Glass] it's in front of my 35mm 1.8 all the time unless i'm taking pictures of people or if i really need the extra light. it's that fun to use! 5 |

[0.915 lb] Having the crop 4K mode on the EOS R reminded me of doing photography with a crop body that really limited on the selection of quality wide-angle lenses. My Tamron 35mm f/1.8 VC lens at around 61mm can be a bit tight in shooting video so when I saw this adapter come back in stock, I jumped on it, and glad I did! And yes, I can see on my screen that my 35mm f/1.8 Max now reads as wide as f/1.2! Holy moly the bokeh is even more beautiful going from focusing on a front object to the background. The fit is fine; it's nice and tight and somehow was a perfect fit even with my SmallRig cage for the EOS R. The bottom shoe which I didn't take off barely cleared the surface of the cage. The 35mm lens at 43mm is absolutely awesome. Even better, I can gain f/0.9 which is huge in certain situations allowing me to reduce noise when the lighting condition is not ideal. Yes, it's a little pricey but in a lot of ways, this adapter is a must. If you strictly shoot videos, I would skip the regular Canon EOS EF to RF adapter. I'll obviously keep mine for now as the regular adapter can act as a teleconverter in a sense if I need a hint of reach. 5 |

[Glass] Needed a good ND for my Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens for Canon EF that would not break the bank. This was it. 5 |

[0.725 lb] With Nikon Z7 + Nikkor Z 35mm 1.8S - OK) With Nikon Z7 + Nikkor Z 24-70mm 2.8S - micro-backlash appears along the axis of rotation, within reasonable limits, caused by a heavy lens. Barely noticeable in my work does not bother me. if you need a reinforced concrete handle, look towards the non-rotating. I didn't really like the grinded aluminum edge in the place where the rubber fits. 5 |

[0.17 lb] I bought the 5% for my RF 35mm 1.8 and it does a great job at diffusing the lights but very subtly. You can barely tell and that might be a good thing depending on what you are shooting. The filter itself is very solid. I wacked it against a railing and I thought it broke, but it actually scraped the paint off of the railing. 5 |

[0.5 lb] I bought it to use my Canon 50mm 1.8 and Sigma 35mm 1.4 (Canon mount) on my new A7C and they work perfectly. Autofocus is fast and images are sharp. I actually think the Sigma is sharper than before but that might be due to the new A7C. 5 |

[Black] How do prime lenses compare to this one? Let me put it this way: there are better prime lenses out there. A Canon 35mm 1.4 is far superior in quality and bokeh and color and blah blah blah. But for documentary filmmakers, this is a must have because it is the best 18mm f1.8. It is also the best 21mm f1.8. And the best 24mm 1.8, and 28mm 1.8, and 35mm 1.8. You get the picture. 1.8 is usually reserved for prime lenses alone. In this zoom, you have all of these primes at your fingertips. And it is better than all those other 1.8 primes out there. Absolutely stunning in low light. Extremely sharp. Requires precision. This is not a 24-105 f4 where everything is kind of in focus, but also not. This lens can be VERY sharp. But you have to make it that way. The color accuracy is great, and it goes great with the 50-100mm f1.8. Those are the only two lenses I use now. 5 |

[6 x 5 x 0.7"] Perfect size pouch for Nikon 1.8G primes (20mm, 24mm, 35mm, 85mm). For me best used when stacking lenses or other equipment in the same cell of a camera bag compartment. 5 |

[67 mm (Front)] I had seen comparisons between this lens and the Leica 35mm Summicron SL (non-APO), and the similarities in IQ led me to pick up this lens and its 50mm f/1.8 sibling. Both lenses are tack sharp, lightweight, and though I didn't test the weather/dust sealing, I trust them to be reliable on that front. Mounted on my SL2-S, this lens didn't disappoint when shooting on the go. It focused quickly and accurately. If I had to complain about something it would be the lack of an aperture control on the lens, but that's not a necessity, just a wish. I love this lens, and plan on adding all the LUMIX S f/1.8 primes to my kit to use with my Leica SL cameras. 5 |
