[3.2 x 3 x 1.4"] I was looking for an alternate option to the Sony G-Master 50mm - something that wouldn't break the bank. My requirements were that it needed to be at least f1.8, needed to be full frame, needed autofocus, and wanted something smaller and lightweight compared to the G-master. I tried a variety of options and settled on the Viltrox - I'm glad I gave it a chance, since many review have been harsh, I almost didn't. The lens AF works well even in low light on my Sony a7S III. I was expecting it to hunt a lot more but it was fairly solid. Not G-Master level but certainly usable on professional shoots. It's sharp, sharper than I was expecting. I ended up liking it so much I also bought the Viltrox 24mm. Both together were still half the price of one G-master lens. I'm going to invest in some more CFexpress A memory cards with the money I saved. Woohoo! If you'd like to see samples I shot - check out Film Jams on YouTube.

[0.37x] this my second Sigma Art Lens and the 24-70mm is my favorite focal length . I have had this length in Nikon lens for years, This new version from Sigma has been heavily compared to Sony'S G Master version and found to be equal to the G Master which is twice the price, The Sigma is sharp and extremely well built as is all Sigma lenses. The build and feel of the lens gives me feeling of confidence and compliments the outstanding performance. if you are considering a 24-70mm lens for your Sony check the reviews.

[Full-Frame] I had just tried out the Sony 50mm G-Master f1.2 earlier in April. It was a fine lens but I just couldn't justify spending two grand and change on a single lens when I still needed to buy some other focal range Glass. After buying two other priority third party lenses with the same money, I still had a little cash left over. After seeing the glowing Dustin Abbot review of the Samyang, I decided to try it. Sure, it's no G-Master as far as options and build quality but the picture quality is right up there! On my Sony 60 MP sensor, I couldn't detect that much difference. Auto-Focus is perfect. What a lens! What a price!

[f/1.4] First Sony G Master for my A7R3, and it is simply stunning. Picked up this lens for $950.00 with EDU pricing, and am blown away at the image quality. Worth every penny so far.

[Aluminum] Glad I kept doing my research until I found these. I really like the website's description and warnings. They paid attention to the engineering details and the higher cost is well worth it. The fit was perfect on both the attachment and the release, and the joining was light tight. But I mean, if you are dumb enough to hold a Sony Alpha by the camera body with two of these (10 + 16 mm) and a heavy lens like a G master 70-200 hanging off the E-mount, then you deserve the bad outcome. These things are delicate and precautions need to be observed. You attach the tripod to the lens and not the camera. That said, these had none of the issues that I kept reading about with other less expensive products. Once I was satisfied that the build was going to be superior, I focused on the internal coating. That did not disappoint me in the least. I took shots with both a 24-70 G-Master and a 70-200 G-Master and the results were outstanding. I am attaching a photo of a 1 inch tall semi-carnivorous plant my neighbor found in San Antonio, Texas (aristolochia longiflora). The bad photo is a shot of the plant using a smart phone. The second image was shot using a Sony 7Rii , the 10+16mm combo extension tubes, and a G-Master 70-200 lens.

[0.3 lb] I'm very happy that these Kenko rings allowed me to bring my 90mm Sony G Master Macro lens in closer to my target and still retain full-frame views.

[Full-Frame] First off i LOVE this lens!!!! I was debating between getting this or the Sony G MASTER 135mm 1.8. I wanted a FAST lens, a PORTRAIT lens, a lens I could use for ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY, and a lens for LANDSCAPE photography. BONUS: BOKEA! Needless to say I am happy with my decision. The following photo was taken of my Yorkie: NATALIE Camera Settings: ISO 2000, 0EV, @1.4, 1/160th sec. on a Sony A6500.Handheld.

Finding the perfect camera for gimbal and handheld video has always been a challenge. As a pro who deals with highly diverse projects that require great flexibility along with amazing quality right out of the camera, I am thrilled with the results I have realized with the ZV-E1. Having said that, I think the combination of the body with Sony's G Master lenses has made the difference between good and great shots. Those who use gimbals regularly know that a zoom lens is really not practical on the gimbal; with Sony's clear zoom and a prime G Master lens the results are amazing. For me, the Sony G Master 24 mm prime and the Sony G master 35 mm are all I've needed for the results I want. While I have experienced a few overheating issues, the type of content I shoot with this camera allows for a cool down time, and while it may be annoying, it hasn't caused any production issues for me. The stabilization and auto focus are exceptional; my handheld content looks as stable as what I shoot on the gimbal. It's not the answer for every type of filming situation I produce, but for what I need this for, it's ideal. It's always the same - the right tool for the right job, and it will be the right tool for many applications in my studio.

[Rigid Plastic] I use it to protect my Sony 24-70 G Master. Works great. I never take it off.
