Sony Sound Bar Speakers

[eARC] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound bar, the detachable rear speakers allow you to place them anywhere you like to enhance your listening experience. I am personally using this sound bar in the living room with a 60" tv, the audio quality makes it feel like you're in a movie theater.

[AAC] I have it in the same room as my PMC speakers and the sound of the bar looks good, similar quality - better than any other bar I tried. Probably the only bar that can compete here is 5.1.4 Sennheiser Max which I also auditioned, but I prefer Plus both for the sound quality and size, and true 7.1.4 soundbar sound from a single bar!  I had to put down blinds to get the full surround effect and it is indeed 7 bed-level speakers with Atmos height speakers in my room with 0.34 slanted high ceiling.  Of course, it is not the same as my full size 9.2.4 system, but their relation is like between your favorite epic novel and your favorite short story from your favorite author. I think the bar has more exquisite delicate sound Netflix, Prime watching, while the other system is more life like power force. It is important to put the bar on its feet of a very solid not vibrating surface - my is a bit elevated on some particle high quality boards attached to the cabinet vi BluTac. Demos demonstrated a perfectly traceable 3D flight of insect in my room, e.g.. Huge 3d soundstage for Dune fly in the sandstorm. And indeed the sound can come from behind as in a recent Prime movie Role play when 2 characters per runs in the forest in the end of the movie shouting from various directions. Excellent Atmos of Netflix My bother's sin 2024 (or so). I was not able to accommodate Ambeo (and Focal 600p) sub, both wirelessly and by wire. Not a good integration in my experience for movies. The bar works clearer and more harmonically alone. I connected a 4k player and Nvidia Shield TV to my LG Oled TV by eArc to eArc 8k Supra cable to the bar. Music is also great but way better with the Amber sub - and I remind in the same room with PMC 5 twenty and SA30 from Arcam.

[31.73 lb] Perfect addition to the ultra sound bar & bass 700 module. I have seen reviews that say the rear surround speakers are not necessary with the ultra sound bar however after having the ultra sound bar for 2 weeks before ordering the 700 rear speakers, I will emphatically dispute that claim. The 700 rear speakers complete the package and the listener is only getting half the effect without them. They pair easily and work seamlessly with the Bose app.

[97.1dB] I really liked how easy this sound bar was to set up. I could flip back and forth between the sound bar and the TV speakers to compare the two and there was a big difference when using the sound bar in terms of quality of sound. And of course loudness. For some reason using the optical cord between the TV and soundbar did not give me full functionality. So I ended up having to use a HDMI cable. It would have been nice if the sound bar came with an HDMI cable. Not sure why Bose does not include an HDMI cable.

[5.75 lb] I purchased a Sonos sound bar, subwoofer and surround speakers and spent 6 hours trying to set it up on a Sunday. I called Sonos the next day since tech support wasn’t open on the weekends and after 2.25 hours on the phone with tech support I was told that there was a known compatibility issue with the router supplied by my internet provider and the Sonos sound bar. The Sonos sound bar and subwoofer was returned the next day and after some further research I purchased the Bose 700 sound bar and 700 Bose subwoofer. They were very easy to set up and the sound was awesome. After a few days I decided to get the Bose 700 surround sound speakers. They were very easy to add to the sound system and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much sound came out of such small speakers. The app allows for adjustments to each component. It also comes with a remote that was very easily connected to other devices, which eliminates the need for any other remote. My only complaint is that the remote backlight only stays on for a few seconds so you constantly have to move the remote to keep the light on. Overall I highly recommend the Bose 700 components!

[11 oz] Purchased this sound bar because the built-in speakers on the TV in my bedroom just didn't cut it. I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles but this unit has a few nice touches anyway. Just plug it in, connect to the audio outputs from your TV (if you are not going to use the optical connection you'll need to purchase a patch cable) and turn it on with the included remote. From that point on you don't really need the remote for the sound bar, everything is controlled from the TV remote. It turns itself on when it detects the presence of audio and turns itself off about 5 minutes after the audio stops. Enable the Bluetooth feature of the sound bar and you can also stream music from your iPad or phone to it as well. It does everything I need it to do and does it well! Recommended.

[220 W] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this sound bar show how this kind of technology it’s simply reaching a new standard for home theater technology. If you are thinking between this model and the one without the surround speakers you should really buy this one the level you of sound you enjoy with the surround speakers are just worth it.. The convenience of the wireless connection between the subwoofer and the surround speakers it’s just a delight ! I absolutely recommend this product!

[24 lb] Sound bar sounds amazing. Impressed how much bass the soundbar alone has. I also bought the sub and 2 rear speakers and the whole set up sounds amazing. Definitely recommend.

[2 (per Speaker)] To me, a sound bar alone just can’t re-create true surround sound. So to me, getting the extra speakers to go with my sound bar was a must. These have great sound, and since I have a Sony sound bar, they were really easy to set up.

There's so much attention to detail built into it with the rotating speakers and the ability to choose the LED accent lighting color and the low profile surround speakers. And all of that in addition to incredible sound!
