Soundbar Universal Remote App

[ARC] Easy setup and great sound. One remote for tv and soundbar

[1.695 lb] I bought the Bose 700 soundbar and really liked it. The crisp sounds and Bose app was really good. I told the wife that it really needed a base to finish the sound. So, I bought it. Yes, that was the difference. Now the sound has that humph that it needed. The 700 is really good but you have to get this. You could get the Bass 700, but I don't think you need it unless you have a very large room.

[20 Hz to 20 kHz] I'm reviewing this item in conjunction with the Bose Soundbar 500. The bass module is a very good looking product. It doesn't weigh much and is unobtrusive while still packing a great punch. Set up and controls: Setup was extremely easy through the app to pair it with the soundbar. You simply add the Soundbar first and then you pair the bass module. Anyone with a smart phone should easily be able to set this combo up. Adjusting the bass through the app is extremely easy and very user friendly. You don't have the ability to fine tune different channels, but the +/- 10 adjustment should work well for everyone outside of hardcore audiophiles. Sound: The bass is fantastic through the sub. Using the app controls, you can easily adjust the bass to the style of music you're listening to. For bass heavy music like hip-hop, the lows are very good without being room shaking. I rarely go above 70 though, as I live in an apartment with shared walls and people below me. Overall, I think this is a great sub in a small package and it's a must if you are buying a soundbar.

[Active] I purchased the Bose 900 soundbar for a large and awkward shaped room. Soundbar was okay by itself, fairly flat and had to push the volume to fill the room. Added the base and the system is night and day better. Setup was super easy once I figured out in the app you have to start with your soundbar and add base to it (rather than generally adding base to the app like I did the soundbar). After running through all the auto tuning stuff I still found I wanted to fine tune base a bit more. That was super simple and now I've got really rich sound filling my weird shaped living room. It's a super wide room, tall pitched ceiling, open concept space.

[2-Way] I currently have four Sonos 5, one Move, two Sonos 2 and the Soundbar with Sub. All have been working flawlessly until Sonos released this New App, now all my speakers keep dropping off when I'm trying to enjoy my music. I've tried resetting my Modem and reinstalling speakers to no avail. The new App needs the bugs worked out ASAP.

[Passive] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this subwoofer was how well packaged it was. It really impressed me. It was very easy to get out and pair to the soundbar. I used it while I watched tv shows, movies, and listened to music. At first I wasn’t very impressed with the subwoofer and how it sounded, but then I downloaded the Klipsch connect app and was able to adjust even more settings that the remote that comes with the soundbar didn’t have. Then it sounded a lot better. I definitely recommend downloading the app. After making those adjustments, I’m happy with the subwoofers performance.

[Leica (SL)] This is really a backup device for me. I normally use the remote on my phone through Leica Fotos App.

Very easy to program for all your devices for myself the television, soundboard, Xbox, streaming box and blu-ray. It has quick access buttons to jump straight to your favorite channels. It copies all functions from your previous remotes making life so much easier with just one. Works great and is well made.
