Splitter For Ethernet 10 Gigabit

[1x 3.5mm Male] I got this for a PC that had no free slots for a 10 gigabit Ethernet card. It installed automatically on Windows 10 and has been perfectly reliable for the first couple weeks. Very solid performance at 5 gigabit.

[0.11 lb] Works fine with Windows and Mac. This adapter can basically max out a gigabit Ethernet connection. I have it connected to a USB port on the back of my monitor so that a single cable gets me not only power and video, but also a better internet connection.

[16 GB] I finally decided to sign up for a streaming TV service, but my circa 2016 Samsung Smart TV was too old to run the latest streaming apps. After doing a LOT of comparison of Roku, Fire, etc. I settled on the NVIDIA SHIELD TV and I'm extremely happy. I wanted a device that could support Gigabit ethernet (instead of operating via WiFi) and the SHIELD fit the bill. The only other device that fully supports Gigabit ethernet is Apple TV, but since I'm already in the Android ecosystem the NVIDIA SHIELD was really a no-brainer. Very satisfied user.

[10 W] Add Gigabit Ethernet port to laptop. The Yoga 6 build-in Wi-Fi is unstable, & it doesn't come with Ethernet port. Adding this adapter would allow it to connect the network with stable wired connection. With the extra USB ports, you can connect more accessories such as wireless mouse & keyboard.

[160 Gb/s ] Using the 10 gigabit ports really speed up access to my NAS. Easy to configure and so far works great.

[1x 4-Pin Pump] I chose this motherboard because I cared about having Thunderbolt connectivity, but I also wanted to have a 10 gigabit network port on the circuit board without having to lose a precious PCI slot. I also used all the NVMe channels for four 4TB SSDs and installed the very latest generation of DDR RAM and a RTX 4080 graphic card that being from ASUS as well had the the advantage of being thinner.

[Windows ] Be using it to connect a laptop to Ethernet and work works without any issues in Windows 10.

[Cat 6a] Ethernet cables are ethernet cables, but these are fine!

[Cat 6a] I purchased this Comprehensive Category 6a Ethernet cable in lengths of 3', 7', 10' and 50' and all of them perform perfectly. The 10' length was a special order item but it arrived within two weeks. My only suggestion is that this cable be made available in colors other than blue, such as black, white, red, green, orange, pink. purple, brown, and gray. With specific regard to the blue colored cables offered by B&H, the blue is quite dark which makes it difficult, especially under typical domestic household lighting conditions, to read the black markings on the cable. Otherwise, this is a great product.
