Super Shield Glass Screen Protector

[Dry Adhesion] The Leica M11-P doesn't need a screen protector with its sapphire crystal glass, but I opted for one anyway. Expert Shield provides helpful 'Easy as ABC tips; however, I didn't have tape around to use as a hinge. Instead, before peeling off the factory screen protector, I put on some nitrile powder-free gloves and laid the Expert Shield screen protector on top to get a sense of how it aligns. Once I used a rocket-shaped air-blower to make everything dust free, as well as peeled the factory screen protector and the Expert Shield screen protector backing, I just made sure the left edges lined up parallel in the position I wanted then dropped it. Nothing seemed to happen in the first couple seconds, then the Expert Shield screen protector began to adhere and settle on its own onto the Leica M11-P's sapphire crystal glass from the upper right corner towards the bottom left corner, slowly pushing a huge air bubble that shrinks in size and eventually gets pushed out as it goes. Talk about trusting the process! The Expert Shield installs itself resulting in a smooth, crystal clear application. No dust. No bubbles.

[Glass] This super thin glass screen protector has been on my Leica M for the past 6 months without problems. Even though the M240 screen is scratch resistant, I bought a very worn, used body with several noticeable scratches on the LCD. I installed the protector to prevent further scratches to the base screen LCD glass; 1-2 deep scratches are still visible when the LCD is off, but not at all when in actual use. I don't notice existing light scratches, but I am not looking for them with the LCD off, and none ever stand out when the screen is in use. The protector fits the screen perfectly. It is very thin and once installed, it looks original, almost disappears and I cannot tell that it is there. For me this works much better than the protectors that use double sided tape around the perimeter. Installation was slightly finicky, requiring accurate placement. Read and follow the instructions as there isn't much wiggle room once it is down. Overall I like this protector and plan to install them on all my cameras.

[Dry Adhesion] I purchased an Expert Shield Glass Screen in late 2018 for my newly purchased Nikon D850 only to misplace it. In March 2020, I relocated it, but found it had a slight crack in it. I got in touch with customer service and, despite the long time since having purchased it, they immediately replaced it without hesitation! I followed the excellent instructions and installed the screen with no difficulties. I highly recommended this screen to protect your LCD screen!

[Plastic] Expert Shield is a suitable 'iPhone like protector and is sized perfectly for the M240. The Expert Shield is virtually invisible with no irritating logo. Patience and a steady hand are a virtue when applying it to the LCD. Simply follow the installation instructions succinctly and the results are perfect. I considered Giotto's SP83022 but wasn't willing to risk any residual adhesive damage to the LCD. Should the Giotto glass shatter or require removal, I was more concerned about scratching the coatings of the LCD or the Gorilla glass itself. Additionally, Expert Shield includes a lifetime warranty.

[0.12 lb] This Glass Screen Protector was exactly what I was looking for. Purchased a different brand and the protector for the control display was the wrong size. This one fit perfect. Application was easy. It should work for a long time.

[Dry Adhesion] The Expert Shield Screen Protector I purchased was a perfect fit for my t3i. Even with a pair of bifocals atop my nose, the fit was exact with no bubbles or wrinkles.Wish I could say the same for myself. Great product! Now, off to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

[Dry Adhesion] I really love expert shield screen protector, this is the brand I always buy when I have a new camera. Was surprise to find that there is 2 protector in the package, now I have one extra. It's very easy to install.

[7 x 3.45 x 0.3"] I tried the Leica brand of screen protector and it was terrible. The Expert Shield is a bit tricky to place, but if you follow their instructions it is wonderful! Highly recommended, just make sure to follow the instructions for placement!
