[Digital] I've used a 720P HD Flip Video camera for many years and have been quite satisfied with the performance. I use the camera to record repairs to homes and golf carts for the owners of rental homes in my program as well as capturing videos of our travels. This camera puts the Flip to shame for several reasons. The video quality is quite a step up and the ease of download and handling of the videos is so much easier it's ridiculous. The wide angle view captures the entire scene and the huge reduction in panning helps to keep continuity in the intended video.I would like to see a far more instructive manual for it's use. @

[Carabiner] I've used analog SLRs for years and transitioned to digital point and shoot cameras about 8 years ago. I've steadily upgraded and finally after much research settled on what I now consider to be the best technology short of a digital SLR. I will use this for not only family pictures, but also on the cruises that my wife and I take periodically. In particular I'm looking forward to pictures from our upcoming Alaska inland passage cruise in early September. The 20X zoom with an effecitve 28 to 560 mm range is fantastic and at long focal lengths the image stabilization does a great job. I like the fact that you can record HD movies, but wish the HD cable was standard rather than what appears to be proprietary. Otherwise, I am thoroughly pleased with this camera. While it has high tech features that will take me months to master, the ease of taking pictures right out of the box and the quality of the results with virtually no learning curve is a real plus. Would definitely recommend this camera to anyone looking for a longer zoom point and shoot that will provide consistenly high quality pictures.

[3.7mm] This camera is for underwater professional video. It is a full HD signal. SDI was what I needed. It is a perfect size and can be used with great optic. As all the time B & H was very fast for shipping. I received the camera 2 weeks after the order. Four to six were annonced.

[Gold Mount] I purchased my first Panasonic HC-V800 from B&H Photo in 2019. When decided to start our video podcast this year we wanted to do it all-pro utilizing a three camera shoot. With all the great professional features and high HD quality videos we had already produced with the HC-V800 the choice was simple. We purchased two more of these fine cameras from B&H Photo. During recording we send individual stereo audio feeds from our mics/mixer to the three cameras audio input jacks. The recorded video/audio is transferred to the computer where we post mix the three camera footage to one finished video that has three camera angles that were chosen/switched during post edit. These cameras have large 1/2.5-type BSI MOS Sensors that are awesome in low light and produce HD video that rivals 4K. These are awesome cameras and I know of no other that can compete in the same price range.

We often want to place HD cameras around a stage, but are limited by HDMI cable positioning and lengths. Out of the box, the IOGEAR wireless HDMI trans/recvr worked flawlessly. We literally just plugged in the camera (a Sony Music MV-1) to the transmitter, turned on the receiver, and our video mixer saw the feed. One note: the transmitter is a full size HDMI connector. Make sure you have adapters to connect to a mini-HDMI or micro-HDMI port. Most HD cameras are usually one of the smaller ports.

[LBUS] I purchased this for my Canon HD video camera. Works flawlessly and easily attaches to the pan handle of my tripod. The rocker has a long travel in both directions so zooms can start and stop very smooth, not jerky.

[1.085 lb] This is by far one of the best lens controllers for the price I have found. I use it on my Canon HD A1 video camera and it is smooth and reliable, very easy to switch from my mono pod to my tripod and fairly rugged, worth every penny it cost. It only has basic controls like start and stop and zoom but that is really all I ever use with a lens controller.

[Yes] This is my 2nd Ax53 as my first had repair costs after 7 years that it made more sense to buy a new one. I use this camera for my video production. Sometimes as my main camera...others as my B cam. Everything about this unit is 1st class. I shoot all manual so being able to use the focus ring for manual exposure allows me to adjust as needed throughout each shoot. The autofocus is dead on zero hunting.It locks in perfectly. I shoot everything in 4k and edit on an HD timeliness. SD cards are so cheap now. In addition to HD it has Avchd format which would make no sense to shoot in on this camera. The zoom rocker ulis excellent.i can get an extremely slow zoom verily easily as I use this alot on my stage performances.Batteries last 2.5 hrs and are inexpensive. I can even get a nice depth of field when I'm tight on a subject. Overall you won't be disappointed with the performance of this camera for multiple applications.i also utilize the mic input with a deity video mic.Excellant audio. Lest I forget the steadyshot on this camera is very fluid as the motion is very fluid and steady if your walking at a pace. And having a headphone jack for monitoring is a must. I can absolutely recommend this camera for a number of applications. Lastly the lowlight performance on this camera has fared well for me with no grain
