[Hidden Channel] This is a simple and sturdy tabletop microphone stand. You need to have your own clasp, as it does not come with one (not a problem for me, but beware). It is heavy and compact and in no way is in danger of falling over. For the price, it's hard to beat if you're looking for a simple table-top microphone stand.

[5/8"-27 Male] This microphone stand is being used as a tabletop stand very close to a person talking. A panel of presenters sit at a long table facing the audience and I needed to have an SM58 right in the face of each person. The stand works very well for that and it's all black, blends well with my stands from a different manufacturer and is an all-around team player. I'd trust the stand to work in a whole lot of different situations too. The base is fairly heavy without being dangerous or a hassle to carry around. The base is heavy enough to be able to extend the boom a fair distance from the base and to some extent, off axis...it's really about what you'd expect. Incidently, the base is slightly lighter than the stands from another brand that I have, so I can offer lighter stands if I need to. Nice product. At first, I thought it was a cheapie made out of not-so-good materials, but the more I checked it out and used it, I've decided it's a good product worth having. And it gets the job done!

[5/8"-27 Male] picked this up as an ultra portable, tabletop microphone holder (ie: didn't want something with a big heavy base) - this works great.

[10.6 lb] I do professional location audio and primarily use a boom pole 99% of the time.  Every now and then the client requests an impromptu voice over session and prefers the feel/vibe of a mic stand to address a microphone.  I keep the TAMA Tour Tabletop Stand and a Tour Straight Stand in my van for such situations.  Im a huge fan of TAMA Iron Works Stands because of their superior build quality.  The Tour Series is a great option--weight wise--for portability and moving around.  For my home studio I prefer the TAMA Studio stands with their extra weight and stability.  This Tabletop Stand works equally well in both of those realms.  TAMA resolved an age old design flaw of other brand mic stands that screw into their bases.  Over time the center post threads can strip or break.  TAMA solved this issue by having the center post insert into a sleeve in the base and fastening from underneath with a T-fastener.  TAMA mic stands are living proof of the old adage buy nice or buy twice.  These are nice stands that should easily outlive you.

[2.575 lb] The K&M tabletop headphone stand is a solid stand that is simple and elegant. The main body of the stand is a single piece of metal, and the part that the headphone band rests upon is a piece of slightly rubbery plastic, which slides over the top metal portion of the stand. Four adhesive rubber feet are included for the bottom of the stand to protect the surface upon which the stand sits.  Overall, it feels solid and works perfectly for my needs as a tabletop headphone stand. I would definitely buy another one if Im looking for another tabletop headphone stand.

[1] This tabletop light stand is robustly built and offers a solid support for lights in a small space such as a desktop. I use it with a ring light for Zoom meetings and the footprint is small to avoid taking up too much desk space.
