[Hypercardioid] I have used several different mics to mic a flute in a loud band and the leakage from the drums usually competes with the flute. With the i2, that is over for me. Our flute player was a few feet from the drum kit and was barely picking up drums. The caridod is the way to go. The tonal quality is outstanding. It comes with a cork lined clip but it still picks up the valve noise in between songs if your musician is fiddling with them. It is very noticeable. While playing, I had no problem getting plenty of gain out of the flute. Used with ULXD1 beltpack. I am very happy with this mic.

[1x Handheld] I have only used these speakers once but suffice it to say I am very impressed with sound level and quality of sound!! I play in a three piece wedding band, drums, bass and guitar.  I had a gig at an outside venue and decided to test these speakers out there.  I had been led to believe the venue was smaller and guests would number about 150.  When I got there the place was bigger than I expected and there were a bit more than 200 guests. To top it off, the dance floor was located a ways from the band. When I fired them up and did the sound check I knew that the speakers were going to handle the event just fine. I used a bass drum mic and an overhead for the drums.  I also put the guitar and  and a little bass guitar through the speakers.  These speakers put out some surprising  volume and quality sound. The vocals sounded very nice and clear. Granted, these speakers are and upgrade from the $800 to $900 per speaker I was using, but nevertheless these Yamaha bring the volume and quality of sound that IS the next level. I can only Imagine how they sound with the Yamaha subs which I plan on getting soon. I am very satisfied with my purchase. And bottom line, these speakers make my band sound better, and that is good for business.

[7.5 x 7 x 1.7"] I play drums in a Blues / Jazz jam band. I needed a simple stand for a Shure SM57 microphone to record the kick drum. Other short stands with a boom have to be contorted to line up with the resonant head's port hole (8 from floor to dead center). Coupled with a standard Shure mic clip, the Auray stand is perfect! The weight of the base is substantial and the price is right.

[1/4"] Bought to replace another pair of broken earbuds used as in ear monitors when I play drums with my band. My first pair of earbuds where the wire passes over and behind the ear, which I am still getting used to, but once they are in they are comfortable and sound great. Great buy as always at B&H!

[0.45 lb] We use a snake combining vocal mic, instrument mics, D.I.s, and monitor cables for each band member, running to their area of the stage from the stage digital mixer, and this product makes it easy to customize those changes and change out cables when necessary.

[60 maximum] Wow, this works really well. I bought it for the band at our church. Makes it very easy for someone who plays an instrument and sings to have a decent in-ear monitor without spending a fortune. Very solid all-metal construction. Setup and use are very simple; the diagrams & labels silk-screened onto the top make it easy to see what should plug in where. As a nice additional touch, it doubles as a direct box for the instrument input. I highly recommend the optional MSC106 mic stand adapter if you're using this on stage. Only drawback is that you need a long cable or an extension for your ear monitor / headphones. If you mount this on a mic or music stand, you don't have a lot of room to move. We'll be buying a mix of these and the 1-channel PM50s to move our whole band to in-ear monitors.

[2.73 lb] If anyone in your band wants more me control of their in-ear foldback for both their vocals and an instrument (or two instruments), then this is THE box for them! Ok so it costs more than the 2 channel competition, but this has the essential 3rd channel the others lack, plus an integral stereo DI box, so the total cost is much the same. What is really nice is the way it can be set for mono or stereo inputs on both the instrument channel and the main foldback. The cct diagram even contains instructions to convert the mic channel for line level inputs. A really useful box, and a much better buy in real terms than the competing products, for use by real musicians!

[18,000 Pages] It's original factory brand and affordable at B&H we had these drums for a year and just now getting the message of replacement. Drums are very easy to install and load with toners. The only thing we hate about these drums they must be replaced even if it is only once a year.
