Thunderbolt 2 Port To Hdmi Cable

I ordered this as I had to add one more monitor for my WFH. But I have already used only available HDMI port in my Mac Book Pro (2014 with Thunderbolt 2) As soon as i connected my monitor using HDMI port and Thunderbolt to MBP. it detected immediately.

[USB-C Male] This cable makes super-fast data transfers. I hooked it up to my Xcellon M2NS USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 M.2 SSD Enclosure and was very impressed with the speeds it provided. This cable and an M.2 drive are a match made in heaven and give blazing speeds. It also rated for 8k or dual 4k monitor support which is fantastic. Another nice plus is it is rated to handle 240w power delivery so it can be used to charge or power most accessories (laptops, peripherals etc.). This cable is definitely future proof and ready for whatever you throw at it, including the ability to daisy chain up to 6 additional devices. It is designed to work with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, and USB-C so it is very versatile. The build quality is also fantastic. Cable feels great and is flexible but still sturdy. [1920 x 1080] Not much to say--it's a cable and it works. Using it to connect a 2015 MacBook Air with a Thunderbolt 2 port (Mini DisplayPort) to a Dell 4K monitor using the HDMI input.

[0.1 lb] I have tested this adaptor with a different combination of computers, monitors and projectors without any big issues. The adapter comes in a small box the size of a cell phone but the thickness of two. The box is very difficult to open and the adapter sits in a flimsy tray within the box. The packaging was all wrecked removing the adaptor for the first time. The adapter has a VGA port on one side and the other side has a 3.5mm audio port, HDMI cable and Micro USB-B port. The adaptor says that is doesn't require any power so I am unsure why it has a USB port on. There are no included instructions in the box, on the box or on the web site to provide more information. When I first connected this adaptor to my computer I was shocked how quickly it was working. If I connected the HDMI port first to my computer then almost instantly of connecting a monitor the video and sounds were working. If I connect the VGA cable first, then audio and video start within 3 to 4 seconds as does any normal HDMI monitor. The sound and picture from this dongle were crisp, clear and without any delay. When I first played copy protected content (i.e. Netflix) the dongle stopped working and I had to disconnect then reconnect and it started working again. I have not been able to reproduce this issue since but I thought it would be worth noting. This adaptor starts working very quickly. I had doubts about converting HDMI to analog but my mind has been changed since using this adaptor. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.

[0.155 lb] My new computer has a Display port and an HDMI port. My monitor is connected via a DVI port. This cable works perfectly, I don't have to replace my monitor.

[6' / 1.8 m] I have a full camera rig setup for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6k. The dual swivel on both ends of this HDMI cable makes it ideal for cable management, especially when the HDMI port for the field monitor is on the left side and the monitor it is mounted to the left of the camera/lens. You can wrap the cable flush against the surface of the monitor and don't have to worry as much about damaging the HDMI port on the camera or monitor if the cable gets accidentally jerked. I have several of these cables now. One runs from the camera to a 4-port powered HDMI splitter and then from the splitter to the viewfinder, focus monitor and wireless transmitters.

[1 ms] The only think i had to say is that if you have support for USBC in your laptop, try to buy the one that includes the USBC port, because you have to buy an additional cable converter from USBC to DisplayPort ,because HDMI does not support 240hz refresh rate, in some laptops that does not supports HDMI 2.0.
