Top 5 Home Outdoor Security Cameras

[64 GB] I installed each of the 4 SanDisk MAX ENDURANCE memory cards into the POE security cameras for my home. They work great for this demanding almost-always-on recording of high-def video.

[Aluminum] This was one of two cameras I purchased recently for a security system I installed on my home. It covers a side of my house where a boat and camper are stored. Installation was straightforward, mounted under the eaves of my roof, although it took me a minute to interpret the Ikea-like instructions for removing the cover when adjusting and installing. His-Vision had a digital video on their website that was helpful with that. Daytime picture quality is terrific. Nighttime is good, although this type of camera uses infrared, so the image is black and white. I have not fully mastered setting parameters for notifications, thanks to ADHD. Someday . . .

[Yes] I recently purchased 4 of the Eufy S340’s, to upgrade the security setup at our home. The cameras arrived within a 5 days of being shipped (international shipping, US to South Africa). Installation instructions were simple to follow and all required materials were included with each camera. I should add that I am not particularly handy, but had no difficulty with the installation. The cameras work as advertised. Picture quality is very good.

[Camouflage] Nice security boxes but you can reach in the top and pull the Link Micro camera right out. The entire top is open and the Link Micro will just come right out. Welded a narrow piece of metal to the top to keep someone from stealing it. The security box is too big for the Link Micro but with a little padding you can keep it in place. The info on the website says it will fit “Link” cameras but perhaps they didn’t mean “Link Micro” cameras.

[2.8mm] Excellent picture! Super easy to set up! The Lorex Indoor 1080 was incredibly easy to set up. It has an app that I was able to download to my iPhone and scan and get set up in minutes. The picture quality is absolutely amazing. Way better than anything I have with the popular outdoor smart cameras. What I like about this indoor camera is a few of the features that I have set up. First, I have it pointed at a door - and I have it set-up that I only get notifications and it will start to record when it detects a person. Second, I have set up my home area in the app and I only receive notifications when I am not home. I get a push notification when I enter or leave my "home area". I really wish we could set our outdoor cameras to do this! It let's you open up the app and manually record or take snapshots. You can also use this with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. I definitely recommend this indoor camera!

[USB-C] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Eufy Security Smart Lock C210 came well packaged with easy to follow paper instructions. The installation was easy to do and the set up was a breeze with the Eufy app. Overall, the lock is good quality and has good security features, such as sharing access, access lockout after too many failed attempts, push notifications, and code scramble. The convenience of being able to access my home with the keypad, app, or physical key makes this lock extremely versatile and gives me peace of mind. Additionally, I like the ability to create different codes for visitors or family that may need access to my home, which can be removed when access is no longer needed. I can also share access via the Eufy app which is great as well. I am impressed with the Eufy Security Smart Lock C210, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to add security, convenience, and peace of mind to your home security practices.
